HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

GGuest UserBest hotel that we’ve been since traveling around! Great staff and super friendly. Love the breakfast being included as well! Very clean and amenities were provided upon request. One down side is the parking. Hawthorne parking was a good spot and it was easy access to the hotel through the skywalk however the price of it was ridiculous especially since it’s not an in and out. I would definitely stay here again but look more into a different parking lot to provide better access to moving your car around.

MMDonThe entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out.
I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed.
I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator.
Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell.
I sat the trash basket into the hallway outside my door.

MMichael JosephRooms a bit older and hotel overall could be a bit cleaner, but not terrible. Some of front desk staff not the friendliest and we had some issues with room air conditioning.

The room is Spacious.., with a comfortable king bed and a good shower as well.
The breakfast is fair…, American standard..!

Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThere is a supermarket near the hotel, Trader Joe's, which is very convenient to buy food. There is a subway station nearby, you can take the subway directly from the airport to the hotel, and the traffic is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the check-in is very smooth, the bed is soft and hard, it is very comfortable and quiet to sleep on.

SSimon74Modern looking hotel, but they don’t even provide drinking water. Nothing in the room for refreshments at all. Kinda minimalist approach.
No food except two types of frozen pizza.
There is also a very loud aircon system that runs through the whole place, it felt like being on a ship and the noise was that loud at night I had trouble getting to sleep.

Rrachel lenderOne of the glass cups in the room was dirty, the shower was kind of awkward, no lip on the ground so it gets all over the floor. Breakfast was next door since there was no cook but breakfast was pretty decent, oatmeal and quiche and scrambled eggs
