The location is convenient, close to the metro. But the building is too old and the floors are empty. Health services are okay. The swimming pool is not clean and the gym equipment is not fully equipped.

There is a supermarket near the hotel, Trader Joe's, which is very convenient to buy food. There is a subway station nearby, you can take the subway directly from the airport to the hotel, and the traffic is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the check-in is very smooth, the bed is soft and hard, it is very comfortable and quiet to sleep on.

The hotel is located next to the old train station in downtown Minneapolis. Eating is more convenient.
The interior decoration of the hotel is very old-fashioned. The bed is huge, especially high.
Very low value for money. There is almost nothing in the executive lounge.

The store service is very good. Due to the change in the itinerary, 2 nights were changed to one night. After communicating with the store, I immediately canceled the reservation for one night. The overall health is very good. I didn’t have time to see the surrounding facilities.
