JJiepipi .The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The 24-hour hot water and separate wet and dry areas were fantastic. The hotel thoughtfully provided local seasonal fruits and snacks in the lobby for guests to help themselves. It was my first time trying Naxi apples, and they were delicious! The sunlight streaming into the hotel restaurant and kitchen made breakfast feel warm and cozy. The breakfast selection was plentiful, including corn buns, rice noodles, and unique fried barley pastries. The owners were very welcoming; they answered all my questions about Shangri-La and provided information on nearby attractions and routes. I stayed for three nights! Also, Benzilan is located in a valley at a low altitude, with a cool and comfortable climate.

HHanghangjiangTen thousand thumbs up! If you're in Yubeng during the rainy season, you absolutely cannot miss this hotel. You get a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, and in the morning, you can watch the sunrise illuminate them from your room. The soundproofing is excellent, and there's underfloor heating throughout. The design is simple but blends perfectly with the scenery – they really put a lot of effort into it! The bed was incredibly comfortable. But the best part was the service. When I ran out of water at night and went to buy two bottles, the owner just gave them to me for free. This reminds me of a crummy hotel in Feilai Temple that charged 600 RMB and then even charged for water. Compared to that, I feel like guests at Muchen are so lucky!

Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The service was attentive yet discreet, never intrusive. The cleanliness was the most pleasant surprise – every corner, the sink, and the toilet were spotless. The bedding was clean, fluffy, and had a subtle, pleasant scent. The room was brightly lit and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to recover from my journey overnight. The amenities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were high quality. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and various dining options, and transportation is convenient. The overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. It far surpasses other hotels in the same price range. I genuinely recommend everyone to choose this hotel!

My stay this time was fantastic! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the room was spotlessly clean with great natural light and ventilation. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed, paying close attention to every detail. It offers excellent value for money, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe view from the room's window was absolutely stunning! It was my first time staying in a room with such a large floor-to-ceiling window, directly facing the snow-capped mountains outside. The two double beds were huge, and the room was so spacious it almost felt a bit empty, hahaha. The cloud conditions outside the window gave a good indication of the cloud cover at Feilai Temple, which was both beautiful and convenient. Traveling to and from the hotel from Shangri-La using Diqing Transportation was very easy, as the hotel is only about 100-200 meters from their bus stop.
The owner was incredibly kind. When we left, it was raining, and even though it was a short distance, he still drove us. The hotel also has a restaurant on the first floor. The chef is amazing, hailing from Dujiangyan, Sichuan, with over a decade of experience. The Sichuan cuisine is incredibly authentic and can be made mildly spicy. It was super delicious, perfectly blending local Deqin ingredients like yak meat and ******* pork. The fragrant Sichuan dishes truly relieved my travel fatigue. A big thank you to the chef!

ZZhanhonglumeixiThe hotel's environment and facilities are top-notch for the Feilai Temple area. The owner is incredibly genuine. We were driving back to Xiamen from Ali and stopped here to rest. The owner personally and meticulously helped us with our luggage, and the two lovely ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and upgraded us to a beautiful mountain view room (the picture shows the view from the window). In the morning, they also arranged for us to see the magnificent and boundless panoramic 'sun-kissed golden mountains' from the rooftop. Amazing! We will definitely choose this place again next time.

Opening the window revealed a stunning view of snow-capped mountains and a sea of clouds – the romantic snowy scenery was just breathtaking. The room was cozy and clean, with plenty of oxygen, so I didn't have to worry about altitude sickness at all. Just sitting on the balcony quietly watching the snow was so therapeutic and lovely. The service was incredibly attentive, and even though it's located at high altitude, the stay was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserWe arrived in the evening and had dinner in the guesthouse's restaurant. The owner treated us to a delicious local wine. Our room offered a direct view of the snow-capped mountains, unlike the view at Feilai Temple, where the peaks were much closer. The next day, at sunrise, we could watch the sun set over the Golden Mountain from our room. There's also a viewing platform on the first floor, offering unobstructed views of the stars and the snow-capped mountains. The owner warmly invited us to dinner at her sister's home. The cooking was excellent and delicious! It also allowed us to experience ******* culture. The owner's daughter was adorable, not shy at all, and constantly entertained us. It snowed heavily the day we left, but thanks to the owner's guidance on a safe route, we arrived safely in Shangri-La. If I ever visit Meili Snow Mountain again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

JJune73This was the best stay during my trip to Yunnan. The boss and his wife were very friendly, they kept asking what else we need and helped to carry our luggage to the 4th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. They have heating bed and floor. If i would come to Feilaisi again i would definitely choose this hotel again.

MM347362****The biggest pleasant surprise of my Yubeng trip was definitely this guesthouse. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking vista of snow-capped mountains and pristine forests; when shrouded in mist, it felt like a fairyland. Waking up to that view each morning was truly healing – the scenery is so stunning it left me speechless! What made it even better was the warm service, especially from the front desk staff. They were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout, patiently helping us plan our hiking routes, reminding us of important precautions, and even proactively drying our soaking wet hiking shoes after our treks. The attention to detail showed so much warmth. Staying here offers both the tranquil beauty of nature and the thoughtful care of family. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Yubeng!
