"The hotel's location is excellent, we were able to watch the golden sunrise over the Meili Snow Mountain direct from the room's balcony. It was also a short walk to the public viewing platform and the restaurants/cafe areas. We have booked the hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary & I requested for special room decor to surprise my husband. Due to some internal miscommunications, the housekeeping side did not deliver. However, the duty manager in charge 常志伟 was quick to make amends offering us complimentary bottle of wine & dinner at the restaurant. He was responsive and constantly checked in with us to ensure that our stay was pleasant and needs met. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family."

Snow Mountain Home is absolutely worth booking! ✨ The room comes with a super large viewing balcony, so you can admire Meili Snow Mountain without even stepping outside. The decor is simple yet elegant, and the entire room is spotless. The bathroom is clean and refreshing with a wet and dry separation, and the bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Downstairs, there's a unique Halal restaurant offering everything from rice noodles to BBQ, making it incredibly convenient for dining and accommodation all in one place. The location is superb, very close to the viewing platform. The owner provides kind and thoughtful service, and the facilities are complete and well-equipped. "Because we were traveling off-season, the owner upgraded our room to a huge one. The view from the window was breathtaking, like a painting! The owner was very welcoming and even stored our luggage while we hiked to Yubeng. It was a truly worthwhile trip. By the way, after a nearly four-hour bus ride from Shangri-La Railway Station, which took us through winding mountain roads, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room had a smart toilet."

"I booked this hotel when I set off for Yubeng by myself. The hotel owner added me on WeChat five days in advance and gave me detailed instructions on how to check in, which was very thoughtful. It took us four hours to walk from the outside into Yubeng. As soon as we entered the village, we could spot the hotel sign, so it was very easy to find. Given how difficult it is to get into Yubeng Village these days, it's truly remarkable that the hotel still offers breakfast. While the breakfast isn't luxurious, it's a buffet where you can eat as much as you like. Since we had an early start for Shenhu Lake the next morning, the owner kindly helped us find a guide and even provided free crampons for us to use! They also thoughtfully asked if we wanted them to pack breakfast for us to take on the road the next day! In the evening, there were wooden tubs for foot soaks, which was a lovely touch! The hotel also has two adorable kittens, and you can see the beautiful snow-capped mountains right from your room!"
