"The owner was incredibly kind. The room we originally booked didn't have a view of the snowy mountains, so she proactively upgraded us to a room that did. She helped us with our luggage, brought it to our room, and even turned on the heating for us, showing us how to use it. We were so lucky to be able to see the 'golden mountains under the sunrise' (sunlight on snow-capped peaks) right from our room. When checking out, she even offered a ride, even though the distance was very short. The hotel's location is also convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the snow mountain observation deck, and there are plenty of restaurants outside, so you won't have to worry about finding food."

Environment: The location at Wunongding is absolutely amazing. It's a shame we didn't get to see the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' from Wunongding, but I'd still highly recommend staying there if you can. This place has a 5th-floor terrace with an excellent view, so you don't have to jostle with crowds. Service: The service was great! The staff (both male and female) were incredibly enthusiastic and even upgraded our room when one was available. Since we arrived late on the first day, they kindly changed our afternoon tea to coffee for the second day. It was a very pleasant stay."

The service was enthusiastic and responsive. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again."

"We arrived at the hotel very late at night, and I was worried about parking. To my surprise, the owner was incredibly helpful and personally drove us to the parking spot. All the surrounding supermarkets were closed, so we couldn't buy any food, but the owner thoughtfully brought us two cups of instant noodles, which was incredibly heartwarming. I was experiencing some altitude sickness, but this hotel is equipped with diffused oxygen, and the oxygen supply was very stable throughout the night. I slept incredibly soundly and comfortably, which greatly alleviated my altitude sickness discomfort. The room's amenities are excellent, with a humidifier and hairdryer readily available. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's clean and tidy, making for a truly fantastic stay. The owner is genuinely warm and welcoming, and the accommodation is comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Feilai Temple. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"The view from the room's window was absolutely stunning! It was my first time staying in a room with such a large floor-to-ceiling window, directly facing the snow-capped mountains outside. The two double beds were huge, and the room was so spacious it almost felt a bit empty, hahaha. The cloud conditions outside the window gave a good indication of the cloud cover at Feilai Temple, which was both beautiful and convenient. Traveling to and from the hotel from Shangri-La using Diqing Transportation was very easy, as the hotel is only about 100-200 meters from their bus stop. The owner was incredibly kind. When we left, it was raining, and even though it was a short distance, he still drove us. The hotel also has a restaurant on the first floor. The chef is amazing, hailing from Dujiangyan, Sichuan, with over a decade of experience. The Sichuan cuisine is incredibly authentic and can be made mildly spicy. It was super delicious, perfectly blending local Deqin ingredients like yak meat and ******* pork. The fragrant Sichuan dishes truly relieved my travel fatigue. A big thank you to the chef!"

The room's furnishings, made from handcrafted aged solid wood, are truly distinctive. Hot water heats up quickly, and the room comes with a projector, which was great for movie nights. They even provide an oxygen concentrator and a portable medical oxygen machine, showing how incredibly thoughtful the owner is. The hygiene is impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. After a long journey through the mountains, finding such a peaceful retreat here added so many wonderful memories to our trip."

"Amenities: They provide heated blankets and a graphene heater, which was a lifesaver since it was snowing the day I visited. Without them, I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep. If it's going to be really cold, I'd suggest booking a place with floor heating, as this one doesn't have it. Location: It's not too far from the viewpoint, but there's a building under construction diagonally across the street, which slightly impacts the view. The rooftop has its own viewpoint with several tripods available for use. Service: There's no elevator, and even though we had luggage, no one offered to help us carry it up."

"After a lot of research, I chose this hotel to see the sunrise on the Golden Mountain. The hotel's location is perfect, offering views of both the main peak, Kawagarbo, and the Goddess Peak simultaneously. You can see the snow-capped mountains directly from your room, with no obstructions. The outdoor balcony is great for photos. I didn't close the curtains all night and was incredibly lucky to see the moonlight on the silver mountains 🏔️, the Milky Way 🌌, and the sunrise on the Golden Mountain 🌅. The underfloor heating inside the room was excellent, so it wasn't cold at all, and there was also oxygen equipment, so I didn't experience any altitude sickness. The hotel has a restaurant where you can order à la carte for lunch and dinner, and the food was surprisingly good. They even delivered warm milk and snacks in the evening."
