The room has floor heating, the living environment is very quiet, the boss is very talkative, responsive, the bedding is clean, and there is a parking space at the door. A few hundred meters nearby is Deqin County Hospital. If there is a high anti-oxygen, it is more convenient. The altitude is a few hundred meters lower than the hotel in the Feilai Temple area. It is very friendly to the high anti-people. The price of the Deqin County hotel is also much cheaper than the hotels near Feilai Temple. It is very suitable for self-driving travel accommodation. It is about 13 kilometers away from Feilai Temple Observation Deck and about 20 minutes by car. It is closer to the thick fog top observation deck. It takes about half an hour to drive between the two observation decks and the hotel is between the two observation decks. By the way, the Meili Snow Mountain is much more ornamental than the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

The overall feeling was incredibly comfortable, and the value for money was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip. What impressed me most was the exceptionally thoughtful service. The owner is incredibly warm and approachable, making communication a breeze. They meticulously provided check-in instructions, directions, and local travel tips in advance. Any questions I had were answered patiently and promptly, with a gentle and sincere attitude, never feeling perfunctory. It was incredibly heartwarming from the moment I arrived, completely dispelling any sense of unfamiliarity or distance. The accommodation itself was also a delightful surprise – clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable. The room had great natural light and ventilation, a sensible layout, and felt spacious without being cramped. The hygiene was impeccable; the bed was soft and clean, the bedding was odorless, and the bathroom was dry and neat. Even the corners were spotless. All essential amenities were provided and in good working order, making the stay very convenient and hassle-free. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a perfectly undisturbed night's sleep. I compared many accommodations, and this one truly excels in terms of environment, hygiene, and service. The attention to detail is evident, clearly showing how dedicated the owners are to running this business. The overall stay experience was perfect, with absolutely no complaints. I paid a reasonable price for an amazing experience – the value for money is off the charts. I sincerely believe this place is highly recommendable. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the room was spotlessly clean with great natural light and ventilation. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed, paying close attention to every detail. It offers excellent value for money, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in Yubeng during a week when access to the village was closed, and we were the only guests at the hotel. It’s located near the trailhead to Ice Lake and not too far from Lower Yubeng and the Sacred Waterfall (the return hike is steep, but anyone coming to this place should be prepared for long and demanding walks!). There was no room service during our stay (like trash collection), but the hosts were friendly, and the food at the restaurant was very tasty and fairly priced — especially considering the logistical challenges of stocking the kitchen. The room is simple but comfortable. The towels are disposable, which is a bit strange at first, but you get used to it (they actually dry you well). The view from the hotel balcony is unbelievable — definitely worth paying extra for a room with a view. We would happily stay there again.

Just to make it clear that the location of this hotel is not at the Meili Viewing Platform. You need to walk around 10 minutes to reach the platform to watch Meili at sunrise. The mountain that is in the background of the hotel is Baima mountain. Having said that, we loved our stay at this hotel. The cabin was nicely decorated and equipped with all amenities. We loved the bathroom! The heater was working well in the cold weather. The uncle was lovely. It was a bit hard for us to conmunicate what we wanted as we don't speak Chinese but through Wechat translation he was able to arrange a car (shared trip) to Mingyong Glacier and a private transfer back to Shangri La for us. The auntie at the breakfast was also lovely and welcoming, trying to chat with us all the time. One thing to note is that aroud the area there are a lot of construction sites (there is one opposite the hotel), so it can be dusty and noisy at times. Please check with the hotel about the construction if it is still ongoing during the time you want to visit. All in all, I highly recommend this place if you want a lovely cabin experience (with sky window!) away from the busy area. However, you won't see Meili from the hotel's windows.

I genuinely think this is the best value-for-money hotel in Feilai Temple! Absolutely worth it! The room was small but had everything I needed. I booked it last minute after deciding to arrive a day earlier. It was very warm, clean, and the facilities were new. The service was also excellent; both the front desk and the owner were very polite. I would have extended my stay if they weren't fully booked today.

The location is fantastic, right in Upper Yubeng, making it super convenient for hiking. The common area has a great vibe, perfect for chatting with travelers from all over. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and cozy, and it wasn't cold at night in the mountains. My stay this time was absolutely perfect!

I randomly picked a guesthouse in Deqin as a transit point, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! It's right next to Qudengge Pavilion, where pilgrims come from morning till night – a beautiful cultural landscape. The guesthouse's large floor-to-ceiling windows were very fitting, and the landlady was very welcoming. They also have a restaurant where you can eat, and the cooking is excellent! If you're transiting through Deqin, you should definitely stay here!

The biggest pleasant surprise of my Yubeng trip was definitely this guesthouse. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking vista of snow-capped mountains and pristine forests; when shrouded in mist, it felt like a fairyland. Waking up to that view each morning was truly healing – the scenery is so stunning it left me speechless! What made it even better was the warm service, especially from the front desk staff. They were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout, patiently helping us plan our hiking routes, reminding us of important precautions, and even proactively drying our soaking wet hiking shoes after our treks. The attention to detail showed so much warmth. Staying here offers both the tranquil beauty of nature and the thoughtful care of family. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Yubeng!

Right in the middle of Upper Yubeng Village, the location is fantastic for easy access to the lakeside and the Nish Line. They serve all three meals, which are super delicious and generously portioned. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, and most importantly, it offers amazing value for money. Trust me, you can't go wrong choosing this place! 👍
