The standard room was set but the two beds were very large and very comfortable. Recently, it snowed and thought it would be a bit cold. As a result, the floor heating + electric blanket woke us up directly in the middle of the night. The boss was very enthusiastic and would be enthusiastic to help solve any requirements. This homemade meal is also delicious. The barbecue was half eaten by us and the portion was very large. In short, it was a very good accommodation experience. We had an unforgettable stay at Hailuogou Lanshan Baiyunli Hot Spring Homestay! Nestled in the clouds, this remote hotel was a perfect escape into nature. The hotel's main common area was a fantastic space for family fun, featuring foosball, air hockey, books, a telescope, a guitar, and board games that kept our kids entertained. The natural hot springs were a great way to unwind after a day of adventure. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the amazing owner made our experience truly special. He spent a day with us, showing us locajl gems like the red rocks riverbed, a stunning 4000m peak, and a beautiful lake. We also explored Mt. Gongga and Hailougou Glacier, where the clouds parted just for us to reveal its breathtaking beauty. I highly recommend this homestay for adventurous families looking to experience China’s natural beauty. A truly memorable getaway!

Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking. The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives! However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth.

This is a highly recommended guesthouse. The room was spotless, with everything from the bedding to the table exuding a clean and refreshing feel. The decor was incredibly cozy, with warm yellow lighting and simple furnishings that instantly made you feel relaxed upon entering, as comfortable as returning to your own little haven. Enjoying some barbecue with friends was simply delightful.

This was a fantastic guesthouse—clean, hygienic, and with comfortable bedding. The owner was incredibly kind; since it was raining in town that morning, he reminded us to check the weather forecast at the scenic area service center. It turned out to be sunny and clear up there. We were very grateful to the owner; he added a wonderful touch to our trip.

This place has truly been the best accommodation experience of our trip so far. We were so impressed by the lady who greeted us—she was incredibly helpful and kind, always on hand to assist us with anything we needed. The room itself was the cleanest we've found in China, and our stay was an absolute pleasure. We truly felt right at home. We highly recommend it! For anyone visiting Moxi Town, this is your perfect spot.

I was very satisfied. The hotel is just nearby to Visitor center and Anicient town part. Accommodation was very comfortable and even cheap. Clean room, wash room and all accessories. The bed was very soft and bedding fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Older lady prepared for me each morning a local breakfast for free. Also they arranged for me the visit of the local Hot spring spa. I enjoyed here so much. I can suggest this hotel everyone !
