Facilities: Had absolutely everything we needed. Cleanliness: Spotless and well beyond expectations. Environment: From the outdoor areas to the interior, there was genuinely nothing to fault. Service: Truly made us feel at home. It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

I would call it the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at; the experience was exceptionally good. The guesthouse environment is elegant and tranquil, with an artistic atmosphere in the courtyard. Surrounded by lush greenery, it's incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff are warm and attentive, meticulous and considerate, responding promptly to any needs. The hot pot dinner was particularly amazing; the broth was rich and flavorful, the ingredients fresh and delicious, and it was incredibly comforting. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an unforgettable stay at Hailuogou Lanshan Baiyunli Hot Spring Homestay! Nestled in the clouds, this remote hotel was a perfect escape into nature. The hotel's main common area was a fantastic space for family fun, featuring foosball, air hockey, books, a telescope, a guitar, and board games that kept our kids entertained. The natural hot springs were a great way to unwind after a day of adventure. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of four, and the amazing owner made our experience truly special. He spent a day with us, showing us locajl gems like the red rocks riverbed, a stunning 4000m peak, and a beautiful lake. We also explored Mt. Gongga and Hailougou Glacier, where the clouds parted just for us to reveal its breathtaking beauty. I highly recommend this homestay for adventurous families looking to experience China’s natural beauty. A truly memorable getaway!

This hotel is the best hotel to see Gongga Snow Mountain. You can see it through the big glass window in the room, or even lying on the bed or the bay window. The hotel facilities are very new, the bedding is very clean, the location is very good, very convenient, and it is only a few minutes walk from the tourist center. The boss is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious, the porridge, the flower roll is also the best I have ever eaten, and some small dishes. In short, the breakfast is very comfortable. It also has a small backyard, which is very romantic. It should be nice to drink tea and watch the stars. In short, this trip to Hailuogou is worth it.

My second stay was another great experience. The owner was attentive and friendly, the room was quiet and clean, and the quality of the toiletries was comparable to hotels costing around 300 RMB. However, some hardware, such as the showerhead, could be improved with maintenance. Overall, it was a very good stay.

We were really lucky on this trip to Hailuogou! There was a lot of snow on the mountain, and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel we booked. The surrounding environment was very pleasant, the hot spring water temperature was perfect, and our whole family was very happy. Crucially, we also saw the sunrise over the mountains from the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner was also very warm and generous; we had yak meat hot pot, which I highly recommend. Plus, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in winter was so relaxing! We could go straight back to our room afterward without worrying about catching a cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the window. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We originally booked a twin room, but the owner, considering we have two children, thoughtfully upgraded us to a spacious and comfortable family room free of charge – a very kind gesture. The room was clean and hygienic, with meticulous attention to detail and complete amenities, providing a great stay. The staff were attentive, responsive, and friendly throughout. The hotel boasts a prime location, nestled against green mountains in a tranquil and peaceful environment, making it convenient for sightseeing and perfect for a relaxing break during a road trip through Western Sichuan. There's even a private hot spring outside the rooms, which the kids enjoyed – nice, nice! The overall experience exceeded our expectations, combining aesthetics, comfort, and warmth. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Seeing that I had two children with me, and considering how difficult it is to book during the holidays, they even provided toiletries for the kids. However, we arrived at the hot springs too late, and the water was a bit cold. Next time, I hope the hot spring water will be warmer.

I was very satisfied. The hotel is just nearby to Visitor center and Anicient town part. Accommodation was very comfortable and even cheap. Clean room, wash room and all accessories. The bed was very soft and bedding fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Older lady prepared for me each morning a local breakfast for free. Also they arranged for me the visit of the local Hot spring spa. I enjoyed here so much. I can suggest this hotel everyone !
