SSangouziThe most pleasant hotel in the whole journey was originally prepared mentally. I thought that the facilities at the foot of Everest must be very backward. I didn’t expect this hotel to be so perfect.

There is direct water and four bottles of mineral water. There is also a dirty laundry basket. The toilet mattress is also very comfortable. The mattress is also very comfortable. AAnonymous UserThis hotel is fantastic, comparable to a five-star hotel. Every staff member is polite, courteous, and courteous. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to National Highway 318, with ample space in front and comfortable parking. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even though we prefer lighter flavors, we still enjoyed delicious food. The humidifier automatically turned on as soon as we entered the room, ensuring a consistently fresh and oxygen-rich environment throughout the night. All the amenities are top-notch, and the surfaces feel smooth and comfortable to use.

The oxygen supply, especially, was top-notch, medical-grade even. With a smart toilet and zero-pressure mattress, I slept more comfortably than I would have in the plains. Parking was also very convenient, and there's an automatic washer and dryer on the first floor. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel in Everest Town.

Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!

AAliguoguoWe checked into this hotel on June 17th. The lobby was very grand. We arrived at 2 PM, but because our room wasn't clean, we were asked to wait for almost two hours. After the room was finally cleaned, it wasn't what we expected. We booked a deluxe room for 364 RMB, but the front desk said it was 300 RMB. There's no such difference between online and offline bookings. We complained to Ctrip and waited in the lobby for almost three hours before finally getting an upgrade to a superior standard room on the third floor. Because of the high altitude, we had planned to rest early, but the afternoon was wasted. The front desk service wasn't very good either, and the hotel's oxygen was extra. The hotel wasn't good value for money. The breakfast was terrible. How could ******* people treat Han Chinese like this? This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had on our trip to Tibet. We hope the hotel will seriously improve and not disappoint its customers. I do not recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserIt's a remote place, just a place to stay for one night. It's said to have floor heating, 19 degrees when you enter the door, 21 degrees when you check out in the morning, oxygen supply at 8 pm, the air flow sound is quite loud, I don't know when the oxygen supply stops in the middle of the night, I just know that I can't feel the air flow when I wake up in the morning. The shower head is stubbornly tilted to one side, leaning against the wall and quickly flushing. There are no restaurants nearby, dinner must be eaten at the hotel, remember to ask for the meal fee, the boss lady gave a vague number of more than 100, and it was 190 when you check out. There are 2 bottles of water in the room, and if you need more, she will recommend you to buy it at a small store outside.
