"Not satisfied, the swimming pool is closed, even though most hotels have free swimming pools, this one has its own hours 😩 one of the reasons to go to a hotel is because of the swimming pool, but this one is closed while the kids are sometimes sleeping at that time, the adult pool can only be used by the public at 10.15 while they are about to check out, it hasn't been cleaned up yet and when I complained that the refrigerator in the room wasn't cold, no service team came in at all, they just said yes 😡"
