"The room had plenty of space with spectacular beach views from the 20th floor balcony. Nice water bottles were provided with a refill machine close to the elevators. I slept very well on the first night as the bed was really comfortable. Great facilities downstairs. Plenty of large sunning chairs. Swimming pools with slide for kids and waterfall for adult side. There was also a jacuzzi in an alcove between the pools. Lots of space to relax and enjoy a coffee in the lobby area. This hotel easily passes muster."

"The location is great, but the shower had no hot water (т ̫ т). I ended up using the hot water from the bathtub shown in the second photo to wash myself (it was a really awkward position, lol). Also, it was really cold returning to the room with the AC blasting after getting out of the pool. It was also inconvenient not having an outlet near the bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable! The fridge had almond chocolates (Japanese ones), alcohol, and juice. There were also three bottles of water. In the hallway, there's a water cooler and an ice machine. I hope this helps anyone who's still deciding."

"I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront."

"The room was spacious enough and the location was excellent. The hygiene was also good. However, the amenities were a bit lacking; for example, I had to ask the front desk for a bathrobe. I had a slightly unpleasant experience when checking in: I saw a staff member at the front desk helping a guest, so I went to the left counter to check in. It was 14:55, but the female staff member said the room still needed to be tidied up, and then she ignored us. We finally got checked in by another staff member at the right counter at 15:05."

"The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛"

"The city view was fantastic; it was beautiful and offered a full view of downtown Guam. The breeze was strong, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. However, the TV seemed outdated and had limited channels. Although I only stayed for one night and didn't get to experience everything, I would definitely visit again."

"It was the best Guam trip ever!! The hotel is excellent. Snorkeling at the private beach was especially fantastic. Ipao Beach has many coral reefs and you can observe various kinds of tropical fish. Just be aware that the equipment rental seems to be closed on Tuesdays! The pool with an ocean view has a slide which was a lot of fun, and the breakfast was delicious."

"It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it."

"Originally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!"
