Hotels with Breakfast in Guam

I chose this hotel specifically for its balcony and ocean view, and the breathtaking scenery truly met my expectations. The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't cramped either – just the right size. It was clean and well-stocked with amenities; the slippers were a particularly nice touch. I was also impressed that the towels were changed daily! Having laundry facilities available was a lifesaver. While a bit pricey, the location was excellent. K-Mart was within walking distance if you didn't mind a bit of a stroll, and my desired Cafe Gudcha was also nearby. I did a fair bit of walking, but it meant I could enjoy everything without relying on buses. I also stumbled upon Crab Daddy nearby, and the food there was surprisingly delicious – highly recommended! Despite it being the rainy season, we were fortunate with the weather and had a fantastic vacation!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The view from the room was absolutely incredible! We used taxis and rental cars during our trip, but the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the 'Red Bus' stop and the outlet mall, so the location is great. The hotel facilities and service were also excellent. The hotel pool wasn't too crowded, so we could go on the water slides as many times as we wanted. If the ocean conditions are good, you can also rent snorkeling gear. We particularly enjoyed the mini-events held three times a week, where you can experience Chamorro culture. They offer light refreshments and a small dance show, and it's all free, which was a huge bonus. Plus, there's a happy hour every day from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM with free drinks and snacks, which was amazing. There's so much to enjoy within the hotel that it's worth setting aside half to a full day just to relax and have fun there.

This hotel was my stopover accommodation after transiting through Guam. It's very close to the airport, about 3 kilometers away, and a 5-minute taxi ride. When departing for the airport in the early morning, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. The room was spacious, but the lighting setup was just okay and not really to my taste.

The hotel lobby was a bit hot and stuffy because the air conditioning wasn't working, but the staff were friendly and the location was good. However, getting to Building B from the parking lot was inconvenient as it was a long walk and required switching elevators, which was a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage to the room after check-in or returning tired with bags after going out. Overall, I was satisfied.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

The room had an ocean view, and the infinity pool and sunset were beautiful. Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue. The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient. Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own. All the staff were friendly, and storing luggage before check-in and using the pool were smooth. They also lend towels at the pool, which is very convenient.

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

It was the best Guam trip ever!! The hotel is excellent. Snorkeling at the private beach was especially fantastic. Ipao Beach has many coral reefs and you can observe various kinds of tropical fish. Just be aware that the equipment rental seems to be closed on Tuesdays! The pool with an ocean view has a slide which was a lot of fun, and the breakfast was delicious.
