The hotel staff were all very nice, especially Tony at the front desk during check-in, as well as the pool and ocean center staff and the online customer service team, who provided fast and professional responses.

GGuest UserMy family had an amazing time at Lotte Hotel. The service was good and the facilities were clean. It is conveniently close to a lot of things that we wanted to do. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel (La Siene) with all the different kinds of foods available and made use of the kids playground -- my boy really loves it there, especially with the new expansion. It was very family friendly, and will look forward to our next staycation.

Ss.haloLocation: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments.
Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival.

When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

CCLS10665This is a very family-friendly resort hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and all-you-can-eat, and the waterpark is well-run. They also arrange shows and complimentary light meals every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evening. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with amazing ocean views from the balconies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is average, but there's a Payless supermarket and a Chinese restaurant less than a 10-minute walk away, which is nice. Overall, this hotel added many beautiful memories to our Guam trip.

AAnonymous UserOriginally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious, easily allowing us to open even large suitcases. I hadn't expected much from the view, but we could see the beach! The bathroom was also quite roomy, which was great as two of us could get ready at the same time. There's a seafood restaurant called 'Crab Daddy' on the first floor of the hotel, which a local recommended, and we also enjoyed the nearby public beach just a short walk away, where it was uncrowded and we could relax. Overall, it was a very fulfilling stay.
