"The location is great, but the shower had no hot water (т ̫ т). I ended up using the hot water from the bathtub shown in the second photo to wash myself (it was a really awkward position, lol). Also, it was really cold returning to the room with the AC blasting after getting out of the pool. It was also inconvenient not having an outlet near the bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable! The fridge had almond chocolates (Japanese ones), alcohol, and juice. There were also three bottles of water. In the hallway, there's a water cooler and an ice machine. I hope this helps anyone who's still deciding."

"The hotel facilities are new and very clean. It's conveniently located, though a little bit outside the city center, but that's not an issue if you have a rental car. This bay is pretty much it for the hotel's location – going further left down the beach isn't as good. There's nothing really to complain about regarding the hotel itself. We booked a connecting family room, but the downside is that it doesn't have a sea view. Something to note if you're booking a family room. Kids under 12 eat breakfast for free, which saved us a lot of money with our two adults and three kids. Our entire stay was very comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. The swimming pool and water park are a bit small, but they were perfectly adequate for our children. You can borrow life jackets for free at the Marine Center, but snorkeling masks and snorkels need to be rented for $15 per use. So, it's a good idea to bring your own snorkeling masks and snorkels from home and just borrow life jackets here. Snorkeling is very safe because it's within the lagoon, and the beach is excellent. However, if you're looking for high-quality snorkeling, you might need to go to other beaches. The only drawback was that breakfast items weren't replenished very promptly; we often had to wait for many things, but we didn't encounter any of the other issues mentioned in previous reviews."

"Went on a vacation with my family, and this hotel was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the infinity pool with its blue skies and ocean views was so calming and atmospheric. It was also quite convenient for getting around."

"The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛"

"I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront."

"The city view was fantastic; it was beautiful and offered a full view of downtown Guam. The breeze was strong, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable. However, the TV seemed outdated and had limited channels. Although I only stayed for one night and didn't get to experience everything, I would definitely visit again."

"It was the best Guam trip ever!! The hotel is excellent. Snorkeling at the private beach was especially fantastic. Ipao Beach has many coral reefs and you can observe various kinds of tropical fish. Just be aware that the equipment rental seems to be closed on Tuesdays! The pool with an ocean view has a slide which was a lot of fun, and the breakfast was delicious."

"It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it."
