"Friendly staff and very welcoming. Nice sized room with some treats waiting for us, a bar of galaxy and popcorn as well as the usual tea tray. We booked Superior Double room. Bed was comfortable. Noticed other guests mentioned it was chilly in the room, it is a little bit so pack nightwear. The bar prices are an expensive but that is to be expected in a city hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and cooked options. Take out cups available if like us you want to grab a drink to take with you. We had a great stay. Long corridors and can be a bit of a walk to rooms but not an issue for us. Very well located within 10 mins you can be most places in the city and only a few mins walk for Grand Central."

"Grand Central is in great location in heart of Belfast. Fantastic staff who are friendly and always on hand to help. At reception Matthew warmly welcomed us and we had a wonderful time Saturday afternoon lounging in the Observatory ,sipping delicious cocktails and enjoying the beautiful Belfast skyline. Breakfast was lovely with 2 highlights for me ; chef made me perfect poached eggs upon request - thank you! Also variety of mango, mixed berry etc. smoothies were freshly made and served during breakfast; delicious! Would thoroughly recommend for a short city break and Belfast too was buzzing! Will be back again December!"
