"I was very satisfied with my stay. First, when we checked in, the front desk saw we had two kids and upgraded us to a family room for free. The room also had a view of the hot springs from the window, so we could watch the kids from our room without worrying about their safety. They immediately gave us a detailed hotel introduction and even gifted us some souvenirs: a ******* incense stick and an eco-friendly bag, which was a pleasant surprise. In the afternoon, I played billiards with my child. There's also a beautiful bridge behind the hotel with a stunning night view. In the evening, there was a lively bonfire party outside the hotel. The hot springs are probably one of the best in the area; they're not on the first floor but on the third, so the view is fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was also excellent, with stir-fries, congee, fruits, coffee, and even a noodle station. The restaurant staff even reminded us about breakfast time when they noticed my child hadn't come down yet, and the front desk also thoughtfully asked if we'd eaten – so considerate! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance."

"Environment: Very nice, the newly opened store in June, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric, and at the foot of the mountain, it belongs to the location of Shangmeng Township that is not high above sea level, about 2100, if there are friends with high anti-reverse, you can choose this direction to stay in Mengxiang. Service: The boss is very caring, the service is very good, there are KTV, mahjong machine, fitness equipment. There are also beer at the front desk, and there are many types. Suggestion: It would be better to add some parent-child toys. Hygienic: very clean and tidy! We are a family of four staying in a suite. The children have a separate bed. Remember to ask the boss for more children's toothbrushes. 4 people live in a suite and have enough toothbrushes in advance. It is best to call the boss in advance, and there may be a release time period for road construction before July."

"We brought our kids here to escape the summer heat at Bipenggou, and this hotel was truly fantastic with great food and entertainment! The yak hotpot with dipping sauces was absolutely incredible! The garden is huge and features a hot spring, a bar, and a children's play area, so the kids had a blast! Even people just out for a walk came in to check it out – amazing!"

"I arrived at Bipenggou the night before my birthday. Since it was the off-season, the prices were good, so I chose one of the best hotels in the area, the Feili Hotel. To my surprise, it completely exceeded my expectations! It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and most importantly, I could charge my devices. Even the local BBQ shop owners know about this place. I was on the 4th floor, and opening the window revealed a stunning mountain view – just lying in bed and daydreaming was incredibly relaxing. The hotel manager is beautiful and kind. The front desk lady was also lovely; she even gave me a small gift after finding out it was my birthday. After chatting with her for a bit, I got the feeling she might be an ISTP. ST types really are cool on the outside but warm on the inside – so adorable! The hot springs were great too. Having them all to myself in the off-season was fantastic, and the water temperature was just right. I accidentally swallowed a mouthful, and it really was sweet! She wasn't kidding when she said it was mountain spring water. All in all, this birthday felt a bit warmer thanks to Feili. I hope to see them again next time I visit Bipenggou."

"The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and they even provided disinfectant alcohol. The mountain view from the window was absolutely picturesque. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Last night, after the rain, it was wonderfully quiet, so I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot spring pool – simply fantastic! While there are many great hotels out there now, this one's service truly stands out. Every staff member was welcoming with a smile and incredibly attentive to every detail."

"5/5, highly recommend! My stay at Ramada exceeded all expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional. Check-in and check-out were super fast, and they thoughtfully explained the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Their attitude was gentle and patient. The room itself was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and pillows that were just right. The soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, all facilities were complete, hot water was stable, and the toiletries were high quality. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight. There was a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, including freshly cooked noodles, pastries, fruits, coffee, and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. There were so many options that I could eat something different every day. Overall, the hotel has a grand yet quiet atmosphere, with comprehensive facilities suitable for both business trips and family vacations. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the value for money was outstanding. I'll definitely choose Ramada again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

"The room was exceptionally good, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The altitude isn't too high, just over 2000 meters. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting with luggage and offering friendly support. The breakfast was delicious, I especially recommend the noodles and rice vermicelli; the buffet was very rich and varied. There's also a lovely back garden to stroll through, and the river nearby is crystal clear. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; they have everything you could need, making for a very convenient stay."

"I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect."

"Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide."

"I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely loved it! My boyfriend's birthday even got us an upgraded room and a welcome gift! The proprietress is a super cool and cultured person. I've never had such a comfortable trip – truly satisfied with every single aspect! The staff and butler at the estate were all incredibly gentle and kind. At night, there was sweet soup in a thermos in our room, which I almost missed, haha! Luckily, I found it; it felt like a treasure hunt. The butter tea for breakfast was amazing. Whether it was the snacks or the cheese at breakfast, everything the proprietress bought was high-quality, Sam's Club-level stuff – super nice! She also has a dog that looks like a little lamb; it's so cute, I could just die, ahhh! But the absolute best was the yak hotpot with grilled meat for dinner; it was just incredibly good, seriously!
