"Honestly, no exaggeration, this place is really close to the airport, and the breakfast was good. The rooftop pool is a highlight – swimming while watching planes take off and land is an amazing experience. What really surprised me was the front desk staff; they were incredibly service-oriented, polite, and always greeted me with a smile, which left a fantastic impression! There's a very professional SPA on the sixth floor that's definitely worth checking out. Finally, the only real drawback is that the windows in the cheaper rooms don't open. The air circulation isn't great, and there was a bit of a stale smell. The platform showed these rooms had windows, but they just don't open. If you're sensitive to that, I'd recommend booking a slightly more expensive room. And when you're in Bali, you absolutely have to visit Kelingking Beach – it's breathtaking in person..."

"It’s always the right decision to come back to Hard Rock Hotel Bali—it has never once disappointed me. What makes this place truly special is how thoughtfully everything is designed for families. The kids club is amazing, filled with fun and engaging programs that keep the little ones happily occupied. It gives parents that precious space to take a breather—whether it’s a quick gym session, a relaxing massage, or simply some quiet time to recharge. The service here is consistently top-notch. From the kids club team to the front desk, restaurant staff, and poolside service—everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can really feel the effort they put into making every guest comfortable. The food never fails either—especially the nachos, which are always a favourite! Even though the hotel has been around for some time, the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and still in great condition, which makes the stay very comfortable. Most importantly, seeing my 6-year-old so happy here says it all—she absolutely loves this place and never wants to leave. And honestly, that joy… that laughter… that feeling of ease— that’s what makes us keep coming back. 🤍 Definitely a place we will return to again and again."

"It was very close to the airport—about a 5-minute drive. The facilities are a bit dated, but it is still an excellent choice for travelers arriving late at night. Although I didn’t use it, there is also a swimming pool, and late check-in is available."

The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax after going out. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient — there is a mall nearby and many marts and souvenir shops around the area. It was easy to grab snacks or buy souvenirs if we missed anything earlier. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a good location, friendly service, and nice breakfast. I would recommend it to travelers visiting the area."

"Stayed at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali recently and honestly had a really nice experience. The service here is what stood out first — the staff are genuinely warm and helpful, not in a forced hotel way but in a very natural, Balinese hospitality kind of way. Check-in was smooth and throughout the stay everyone was attentive and friendly. We booked a pool access room and I’d highly recommend doing that if you can. Being able to step straight from the room into the pool made it feel a bit more private and relaxing, especially in the mornings or late afternoon. The room itself was spacious with a big comfy bed, and the minibar being refilled daily (included) was a great bonus that you don’t always get elsewhere. Breakfast was another highlight — lots of variety, good quality food, and enough options that it didn’t feel repetitive even after a few days. Overall, really solid stay. Comfortable, great service, and good value for what you get. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bali."

"Had a wonderful stay at Lloyd’s! Lloyd’s Inn is a beautiful boutique hotel. The 'nature-meets-minimalism' theme is executed perfectly. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the smart TV was a nice touch for a rainy afternoon. The pool area is smaller than a typical resort but very tranquil. Great location with plenty of cafes and shops just outside the door. Highly recommend for solo travelers or couples! Also, parking is limited if you’re bringing a car, but it's perfect if you're on a scooter."

A special mention goes to Ambara at the front desk, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. We had nice conversations every day, which really made the experience feel more personal and memorable. The hotel facilities were well maintained and comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety and enjoyable quality each morning.
