"The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc."

"Great! We stayed at another hotel before, but we didn't like Aviatrans and decided to change the hotel. And we were right! The price is a little higher, but the staff is beyond praise! They asked a couple of times if everything was okay in our room. The breakfast is good. The child slept through breakfast and we were allowed to take food with us to the room. The room has wonderful robes and cosmetics. Enough of everything. Water, 2 coffee capsules, tea. The nearest currency exchange office in the SAS store with a good rate is only 300 meters away. The cafe makes great Armenian coffee. We will probably be happy to return to this hotel again if we are in Yerevan."

"Kantar Hostel in Yerevan is an absolute gem, offering incredible value for money! Its location is superb – you can walk to Republic Square, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spotless, the bunks have privacy curtains, and the individual password-protected lockers give you real peace of mind. The common areas are spacious, the WiFi is stable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide selection of hot food and fruit, honestly better than many hotels. The front desk staff are warm and patient, always ready to help with directions or store your luggage. Card access for the elevator ensures great security. This is definitely my top choice for backpackers; I'll be staying here again next time!"

Huge thanks to the hotel for their hospitality! I didn't mention it was my birthday when checking in, but the lady at reception saw the date in my passport, and the team organized a lovely surprise – a cake, a candle, and a card. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a washing machine, microwave, and kettle – everything you need for convenience.

The hotel is located in a residential area, and taxis can only stop at the entrance of the alley and cannot go in. You have to carry your luggage and walk about 150 meters to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is average (standard for a guesthouse). It is convenient to get around, and the Grand Staircase Republic Square pedestrian shopping street is within a 20-minute walk.

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Yerevan. You can start your day with a swim in the pool, followed by a superb breakfast. In the evening, after a full day of work/sightseeing, you can relax in the hammam. And you're guaranteed a fantastic night's sleep on a very comfortable bed.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels. The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant. The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative. What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Do not expect the most modern style, at the end that is the least important. Breakfast was, for us, really good and tasty. Maybe for other people might be average, but it had all you need in a continental breakfast. Location is not the best. It is 40' from the airport, and another 20' from the city center. Trafic in Yerevan is chaotic and accidents happen on a regular basis, so keep that in mind if moving from or to the city. You can also go by walk to the city, but it is quite steep to come back. The pearl is the pool. We loved it. And they also have a restaurant, in case you feel lazy to go out or don't feel like ordering with Yandex.

I had a really good experience staying at this hostel and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The atmosphere was friendly and social, but it was also quiet enough to rest comfortably after a long day. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions I had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. The room and common areas were kept clean throughout my stay, and I appreciated that the facilities were well maintained. The beds were comfortable enough for a hostel, and I had a good night’s sleep. I also liked the common space because it made it easy to meet people from different countries and share travel experiences. Overall, this hostel offered excellent value for money. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center. However, you can opt to take a taxi (approx 4 mins away). Overall experience is okay and good for the price that we paid. And, the owner is friendly and helpful!
