"A good hotel for Yerevan. The location is convenient, and the rooms face different directions. The rooms are spacious, and there's an elevator. It can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open, as there's a crossroads nearby and people honk a lot. Breakfast is decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had elderly people with us, and they really enjoyed everything. I would recommend this hotel. The views are great – you can see both Mount Ararat and the TV tower. You can walk to the city center, and there are grocery stores and a currency exchange nearby."

"The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of Vernissage and Republic Square. It's a very quiet place, which is a big plus. We've stayed in a large hotel nearby in the same area before. There's a good Carrefour supermarket right next door that has everything you need and is open until 2 AM. The staff are pleasant, and the lobby is nice. The room itself is no-frills but comes with a kitchenette, which is super convenient for grabbing a snack or enjoying some wine. It has a microwave, fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV, safe, slippers, hairdryer, dental kit, shampoo, gel, and soap in dispensers. There's also a mini-bar available for an extra charge. It's clean, tidy, and everything is white. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee, but we preferred exploring the restaurants, which is a special pleasure in Yerevan. I recommend it for all independent travelers."
