Yerevan Hotels with balcony

We stayed for 10 days at this hotel and absolutely loved everything about it. The location is excellent; there's a grocery store and a hardware store nearby if needed, and the Vernissage market is just a stone's throw away. Many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff were polite and attentive. The room had everything we needed, including large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so there's no need to bring your own. One minor point: our room had a balcony, but it faced directly onto an adjacent office building.

Good hotel. Conveniently located in the center, but in the courtyards, so it is quiet. Of the minuses, trip.com shows that it is located right next to the opera house, and the hotel is on Pushkin Street. Another minus is that the courtyard is closed with barriers on 3 sides and in order for the car to drive directly to the hotel, you need to call the reception. But if you do not have heavy bags, then it is not far. But it is very quiet. On Pushkin, life is in full swing all night. Pros - central location, everything is within walking distance. - quiet, clean, quite cozy. They clean and change towels every day. Breakfast - a buffet, modest, but varied. Enough for 5.

Five stars across the board! Excellent location, fantastic pool and spa, and a courteous, attentive staff. I had a wonderful birthday celebration in Yerevan. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade and a delicious cake as a birthday treat. It was a delightful surprise that made my birthday truly special.

Great location, within walking distance to all the main attractions, theaters, malls, and supermarkets. The front desk staff was very welcoming; they lent us an umbrella when it rained and even helped us book a car for a day trip. Excellent value for money, as the bunk beds included breakfast, and the kitchen was always available for use. We booked three beds in a four-bed dorm, but we didn't realize it was a mixed-gender room.

Excellent hotel! Everything is brand new and spotless. The staff are polite and attentive, and the location is perfect – just through the archway and you're right in Republic Square. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfasts are delicious. Plus, they even put out treats in the lobby for everyone from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM!

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

Excellent spot for a layover! I booked for one night, checked in at 10:30 PM and checked out at 12:00 PM. The staff were very kind, everything was clean, and the bedding was fresh. They even offered me a large bath towel completely free of charge! There's a separate shower and restroom for women. The kitchen is large and convenient. I highly recommend it! It's a great location, right in the city center. The bus stop is right by the road. I got here from the airport on the 201 bus for 300 local currency in just 25 minutes! Fantastic! There are banks and ASA stores nearby.

It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
