"Stayed for 2 nights with a friend. The staff were very kind and helpful! Even if you don't speak English, you can still communicate (there are Japanese-speaking staff too). The room had small ants, so it might bother some people. However, the bed and bathroom were clean. We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to wait in the guest room until our tour started! I'll definitely stay here again."

"The location is fantastic! Walking everywhere was absolutely no problem, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Naturally, the price is mid-to-high range for that convenience, but if you're staying for two nights or more, I'd definitely recommend it, considering how much easier it makes getting around during your trip. Just a heads-up for anyone reading this review: I actually wanted to drop off my luggage before joining a tour, so I contacted them beforehand via Trip.com's online chat. They told me the baggage storage hours were 8 AM to 8 PM. However, when I arrived on the day, I was told it was a holiday, and the hours were actually 9 AM to 6 PM, which honestly put me in a bit of a bind. That said, the staff were incredibly kind. They explained exactly how to check in and how to get into my room after the tour. When I arrived at my room, my luggage was already there. I'm not sure if that's standard practice, but I was really touched by their thoughtfulness."

"When I checked in, the room wasn't ready yet, but they gave me three complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. The koalas at the rainforest sanctuary were beautiful, and it was really fun getting to pet kangaroos and snakes."

"This hotel is centrally located in Cairns, offering excellent access to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, and the lagoon, all within a 20-minute walk! It was also relatively inexpensive compared to other options in Cairns. The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. Regarding amenities, there's no toothbrush provided, so it's a good idea to bring your own. The hotel has a pool, so you can enjoy yourselves on-site. Plus, there's a service where you can skip daily housekeeping for extended stays and receive a 10A$ credit per night, which we used to get free breakfast! There are Japanese-speaking staff members, and everyone was incredibly lovely!"

"The location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk to the seaside promenade. Getting to the pier is also a breeze, about fifteen minutes, and you get to enjoy plenty of ocean views along the way. It's also very close to Cairns city center."
