"The hotel is conveniently located very close to the high-speed train station and offers a shuttle service. We arrived late, and they were kind enough to reimburse us for our taxi fare. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade from our booked king room to a massive 2.6-meter king-size bed room – my child joked that it was big enough for ten kids! 🤭 We also received breakfast vouchers. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very quiet. There are plenty of great food options right downstairs, and it's super convenient to get to the city center. And the food in Baise is absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be back and stay here again next time."

"The hotel stay was great. The elevator goes directly to the basement level, and the parking lot is large and convenient. You can take the elevator straight up to your room after parking. There's also a small supermarket on the basement level, which is very handy for buying things. The hotel is quite large, with long corridors, and the overall living experience was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the bellhop proactively helped with luggage and recommended local specialties. The overall experience was superb."

"Baise Huayue Hotel has a good environment, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, and thoughtful staff. The key is that the hotel is in a good location. It is convenient to find in the center of the city and by the roadside. It is convenient and fast to travel. The hotel has underground parking and parking spaces, which solves the worries of our self-driving passengers! Breakfast is simple but fortunately you can eat! "Stayed one night in Baise for a trip to Haokun Lake. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. There's a swimming pool, which is great for families with kids. Excellent value for money. The Dafu Roasted Chicken across the street is also delicious."

"The room was spacious, new, and clean. Very nice indeed. The only issue was that it wasn't cold the day we stayed, but the hotel's heating was on throughout the building. The air conditioning couldn't cool, so I was sweating all night and couldn't sleep. Opening the window wasn't ideal either, as I couldn't close the curtains without blocking ventilation. Otherwise, there were no other problems. The location is also great with plenty of food options downstairs."

"The first time I booked it was for a friend who mentioned hygiene issues, and after checking in myself, I can confirm it's true. The cleaning staff clearly weren't properly trained. When I checked in around 3 PM, there were still water stains on the floor, not mopped dry, water droplets in the water cup, and white, toothpaste-like stains on the outside – basically, it hadn't been washed. The sink was constantly dripping, so the area near the bathroom door was wet too. The smart curtains weren't working properly either. All the switches and buttons by the bed were unresponsive. I won't be staying here again."
