"It is used as a wedding room. The service environment is very good. It can be filmed with a little decoration. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are very nice. If you need anything, just make a phone call and it will be delivered immediately. I especially want to thank Miss Kary Lu Dan. She is a very soft-spoken and gentle sister. It was an ultimate pleasure whether for taking photos or simply relaxing. 🛏️ Stay Experience, Enjoying Comfort Amidst Cultural Atmosphere ▪️ The bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, and the medium-firm mattress allowed even a light sleeper like me to have a restful night. ▪️ The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, with a powerful rain shower. The amenities were the signature 'Shanghai Tang' series, with a fresh and healing orange blossom scent. ▪️ The smart control system was responsive. "I booked a room with a courtyard on the first floor for an elderly person. It's right by the lake, but it's quiet, has complete facilities, and the room supplies are relatively high-end. It also comes with a steam eye mask and earplugs. I was not used to eating raw pickled food in Ningbo. I had vomiting and diarrhea before going there and had no appetite. The Chinese breakfast in the hotel made my parents very satisfied. They felt comfortable and regained their strength. They were very happy to walk around the lake and take photos. The children loved the afternoon tea provided. The butlers were very attentive, helping with luggage when picking up and dropping off, and even gave me souvenirs before leaving."

"The hotel is conveniently located right by Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake, making it easy to get to all the attractions, whether by taxi or on foot. In the morning, you can take a leisurely stroll around Moon Lake. There's a shopping complex nearby with small restaurants, so dining is very convenient, and food delivery is quick. The parking lot is quite large and free of charge. The room was clean and new, with complete facilities. During the National Day holiday, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a city view room and thoughtfully placed on the moat side to avoid the noise from the Tianyi Pavilion renovation. We could see the moat right from our window. We received welcome fruits, and in the evening, the butler prepared pumpkin porridge and hot milk for guests. They also provided bath bubbles for the bathtub, and our child absolutely loved the full tub of bubbles 🛁 – excellent emotional value, really appreciate it! You can see the details on the business card in the picture. During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel lobby organized parent-child activities, which the kids enjoyed. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with delicious wontons and noodles, and some Ningbo local snacks. Even though it was crowded during the holiday, the restaurant didn't feel cramped, allowing us to start each day energized. Plus, the chrysanthemum tea bags at the front desk were really tasty, highly recommended! 👍"

"Even before I checked in, a butler reached out to confirm my arrival time and inquire about any specific needs or preferences. Our butler was absolutely fantastic! Since I mentioned I'm quite sensitive to insects, they thoughtfully arranged a private hot spring room with better privacy for me. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness was impressive. The butler even managed to get me a disposable bathtub liner and laundry detergent when I asked. Soaking in the indoor hot spring while reading an e-book and watching a movie was incredibly relaxing and truly helped relieve my fatigue. I'll definitely be back! Our travel photographer, Yingnan, was also excellent. As I'm sensitive to the sun, she was very accommodating and always worked quickly to get the shots. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! The only slight drawback was breakfast. I went at 9:30 AM, which might have been a bit late, and there were a lot of people, making it feel a little disorganized."

"The room facilities were complete, the room was spacious, and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I must also mention the excellent service from the hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and the shuttle bus driver; everyone was exceptional. It happened to rain the weekend we stayed; otherwise, there would have been many activities on a sunny weekend evening, such as an open-air movie and a bonfire party. It's definitely a great place to relax on a weekend in the surrounding Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area."

"Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job."
