"This stay was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt the meticulous service and luxurious environment. First of all, the hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, the decoration style is elegant, and all kinds of modern equipment are available. Especially the super comfortable big bed, which allowed me to enjoy a deep sleep every night. Secondly, the quality of service exceeded my expectations. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, every staff member is very enthusiastic and professional. Their attentiveness and patience make me feel very warm. In addition, the hotel's catering is also a highlight. The breakfast is rich in variety to meet the needs of all tastes, and the dinner is a feast for the taste buds. "Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job."

"As one of the most important economic hubs in Zhejiang and even East China, Ningbo doesn't lack high-end hotels (though luxury brands are a bit scarce). However, currently, the existing luxury hotels are relatively old (Park Hyatt, Marriott, Westin, Shangri-La, voco (formerly InterContinental)), while new luxury hotels are still under construction (Ritz-Carlton, the W-shaped Indigo). Therefore, during this transitional period, the Indigo Ningbo Culture & Creative Port, which opened in 2024, is one of the few luxury hotels in the Ningbo market that can truly represent the city. On my return visit to this young, stylish, and dynamic Indigo, I experienced a comprehensive upgrade in both service and dining. As a personal example, on Friday, I had dinner at Yunwei on the second floor of the hotel. Since my family wasn't arriving until past 11 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9 PM, I thought I'd try asking the restaurant manager if they could pack up some dishes for me and heat them up to be delivered to my room when my family arrived. To my surprise, the restaurant was willing to help (the hotel doesn't offer 24-hour room service) and delivered the heated dishes right on time. The moment we received the steaming hot food, my family and I were deeply moved. This is what it feels like to be treated like family, truly feeling at home, and we experienced it at the Indigo Ningbo Culture & Creative Port. Special thanks again to the hotel management and operations teams, including the staff whose names I remember and those I don't: Hotel Manager Cindy, Front Office Manager Kevin, Guest Service Manager Ruby, Duty Manager Vivian, Yunwei Restaurant Manager Jerry, Supervisors Acia and Dick, staff members Piko and Frank, and Arashi Lounge bartender Eric, among others. I definitely have to come back to Indigo Ningbo Culture & Creative Port!"

"It is used as a wedding room. The service environment is very good. It can be filmed with a little decoration. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are very nice. If you need anything, just make a phone call and it will be delivered immediately. I especially want to thank Miss Kary Lu Dan. She is a very soft-spoken and gentle sister. She knew that I needed help and delayed the check-out time. It was a great stay experience"

"We decided to visit Dongqian Lake on short notice, and most hotels were fully booked (especially on Friday). Prices for available rooms at other hotels had also significantly increased. After looking around, Wanglan Hotel caught my eye because it was relatively new, had a stylish design, and featured a playground (a big plus when traveling with kids, haha!). More importantly, its location was perfect – right between Taoli Village and Little California Hanling, which were our planned destinations. The excellent location sealed the deal, so I booked it right away. To my surprise, immediately after booking, Wanglan Hotel called to inquire if we were traveling with children or pets. I mentioned we had kids, and she asked about the number, assuring me that all the necessary children's amenities would be prepared in our room beforehand. This was truly a pleasant surprise! Usually, even hotels marketed as family-friendly only provide a single set of children's items. Jiaojiao, our butler, was excellent for reaching out proactively and then promptly added me on WeChat for easier communication later on. Upon arrival, the staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they even brought us a complimentary fruit platter. While the playground was a bit small, it was brand new and well-equipped with everything needed. The lotus flowers outside were particularly photogenic, making for some stunning pictures... I would definitely consider staying here again next time."

"The hotel is conveniently located right by Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake, making it easy to get to all the attractions, whether by taxi or on foot. In the morning, you can take a leisurely stroll around Moon Lake. There's a shopping complex nearby with small restaurants, so dining is very convenient, and food delivery is quick. The parking lot is quite large and free of charge. The room was clean and new, with complete facilities. During the National Day holiday, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a city view room and thoughtfully placed on the moat side to avoid the noise from the Tianyi Pavilion renovation. We could see the moat right from our window. We received welcome fruits, and in the evening, the butler prepared pumpkin porridge and hot milk for guests. They also provided bath bubbles for the bathtub, and our child absolutely loved the full tub of bubbles 🛁 – excellent emotional value, really appreciate it! You can see the details on the business card in the picture. During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel lobby organized parent-child activities, which the kids enjoyed. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with delicious wontons and noodles, and some Ningbo local snacks. Even though it was crowded during the holiday, the restaurant didn't feel cramped, allowing us to start each day energized. Plus, the chrysanthemum tea bags at the front desk were really tasty, highly recommended! 👍"

"The hotel has a fantastic and scenic view on the Dongqian Lake and is offering all service to just stay there and enjoy. The gym and the indoor pool area are amazing. The rental bikes at the hotel are high quality. The service is super friendly and was always helpful. Thank you."

"Traveled with my child during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. After much deliberation, I finally chose this hotel and was not disappointed. The room was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured, and the private pool outside was spacious enough for a truly comfortable stay. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM. Although we checked in, our room wasn't immediately ready. The front desk staff thoughtfully provided afternoon tea vouchers, and the wait wasn't long – we were able to get our room key about half an hour later. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and snacks. Throughout our stay, the hotel also made a follow-up call to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"The service is very good. The location is excellent. There are not so many people staying in the hotel. The privacy and quietness are very good. The breakfast is very good. I will consider coming next time. If there is anything that needs to be improved, it is that this place is far from the food. It is difficult to get a taxi and the parking space is limited."

"I chose this one next to Yuehu Park for walking distance to the attractions. The environment is really good. Crossing the road is the park. The scenery is beautiful and the people are rich. It is also convenient to go to the Drum Tower and Chenghuang Temple. The only thing that affects the travel is the weather... The autumn tiger is fierce! Back to the hotel itself, the service is good, the room facilities are newer, the bedding is very comfortable, and there is indeed a deep sleep effect. Hot water comes very quickly, suitable for rest and blood. Two small problems are raised. First, the faucet design is easy to splash, and the surrounding area of the sink is always wet. Second, the ”wind direction” on the air conditioner control panel has no response, can not be adjusted, and it is not comfortable to blow for a long time. Overall it's pretty good."
