GGuest UserThe hotel is on the edge of the old Bund. The environment is good along the river. There are many choices for eating nearby. It is very pleasant to walk all the way at night. The room layout is very comfortable and emotional. It feels very suitable for couples. The space is large. I personally feel very satisfied. There are many windows. Before going to the bathroom, you must manually pull all the curtains. Breakfast is delivered to the room. This is normal. Later, take a taxi to the snack street on Gulou Street. More choices are also cheap, and others are very good.

GGuest UserVery good stay experience, the homestay is surrounded by green mountains and forests, and the window is opened to see the sea of clouds. It coincides with the rainy season, the mountain air washed by rain, and the sweetness of dew. When I woke up, my brain was clear and my heart was clear to disperse the fatigue. Breakfast is simple but not will be, the ingredients are very fresh, learned that I am vegetarian, the eldest sister also sent me the steamed grain steamed buns. The boss is also handsome and kind, get up early to send us to the destination, and have a panoramic view of Zhangzhou Mountain City along the road. Highly recommend to everyone, will come again~~~~

TTraveling the earthWe love this hotel, especially the experience and would give more than 5 stars if we could. There are multiple playgrounds and venues for the children. I would say they have the best and cleanest indoor heated pool in Ningbo and the staff bring a feel of a true International five star hotel. We live in Ningbo and this is our fifth staycation at this hotel because of how much fun we have. I can say that on various occasions the receptionists, concierge in the lounge, supervisors and managers have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The previous trip was for my daughter’s birthday, but this time it was for spring festival where we got to make rice, cakes, sign scrolls, even a dragon dance. It was truly special because they didn’t just hire people,it was the entire management team. We had a great time and will be back soon.

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star rating, highly recommend! My business trip to Ningbo and stay at the Ningbo Marriott was perfect from start to finish. I must especially commend John from the concierge team for his 'Golden Key' service, which made me feel incredibly at home. The hotel is located in the prime Heyi Avenue area, right next to Sanjiangkou and Zhongshan Square. It's only a 10-minute walk to Tianyi Square and Drum Tower, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for getting around.
During check-in, John proactively offered to help me with my luggage. Upon learning I was on a business trip, he immediately arranged a high-floor river view room for me and thoughtfully explained the room's facilities and introduced me to Ningbo's local attractions. He anticipated my needs, not only preparing fresh fruit and Ningbo's special local snacks in my room but also placing two books about Ningbo culture, allowing me to appreciate the city's heritage even during my busy schedule.
The room was spacious and bright, with a design that blended Jiangnan poetic charm with modern luxury. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the Yaojiang River. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness. The work area in the room was spacious, with high-speed internet and ample power outlets to meet business needs. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the refrigerator kept things perfectly chilled.
Breakfast was served at the 1st-floor cafe, offering a rich and diverse selection. The local specialty, Ningbo Tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls), were soft, sweet, and delicious. There were also various fresh juices available, including watermelon, orange, and cucumber. The staff were quick to seat guests, proactive in refilling coffee, and efficient at clearing tables, making for an excellent dining experience overall.
Public areas were elegantly designed, with a stylish and grand art installation in the center of the lobby. The executive lounge offered a quiet and comfortable environment. Happy Hour provided both Chinese and Western hot dishes, cold salads, and a variety of beverages, making it a perfect spot for business discussions. A special thanks to John for his attentive service throughout my stay.
There's also a robot delivery service, adding a touch of technology and convenience for business travelers. Finally, for those visiting Ningbo, if you book a suite, the executive benefits are extensive, including laundry service, afternoon tea, and Happy Hour. You absolutely must choose Ningbo Marriott Hotel. While all hotels are focusing on hardware facilities, it's the personalized, thoughtful service that truly stands out. I believe the 'Golden Key' team will provide you with a satisfying and surprising stay!

However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.

There's a Shaxian restaurant downstairs, and it's also very convenient for ordering takeout. It's a great value. The hostel has a laundry drying area, a dining area, and sofa booths, and the common areas are well-equipped. The front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, with a separate and comfortable bathroom. The bed linen was clean and changed every time. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value.
