The guesthouse boasts an excellent location and room facilities, and the service is warm and proactive. Since we had to go up stairs, the owner offered to help carry our luggage and introduced us to various attractions. The breakfast was also very generous.

The room was quite spacious and the service was good and very friendly. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but there was a good variety, especially different types of tea to choose from. The seafood noodles at breakfast were a highlight! The air conditioning kept the room cool at night. There were several parking spots available, and it's within walking distance to Gulou and Tianyi Square!

The service was great, and the free parking was a nice bonus, especially with the complimentary bottled water. It's super convenient for getting to Lianglong Town in Siming Mountain and the highway. Getting to Yangming urban area is easy too.

This was my third stay at Langham Place Ningbo Culture Plaza, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I was even lucky enough to get a room upgrade upon arrival, which exceeded my expectations. Even though the hotel has been open for a while, it's incredibly well-maintained. The room decor is thoughtfully done, with great attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. There was a minor incident where the robot delivering my takeout accidentally scratched its 'hand' on a nail in the packaging. After I contacted the front desk, the staff responded quickly and promptly brought iodine swabs and band-aids. This emergency service was incredibly thoughtful. It really shows that beyond its excellent facilities, the hotel genuinely cares about guests' unexpected minor issues. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing, going out, and dining. It's suitable for both business travelers and vacationers. The sincerity of their service is evident, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. It’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

They also upgraded us to a lake-view room. That evening, we realized that our child's beloved pillow (Abebe), which they depend on daily, had gone missing, and we were quite anxious. We are very grateful to the hotel staff for their proactive assistance in searching for it, doing their utmost to help us recover this item that is so important to our child. From the heartwarming birthday surprise to the diligent handling of the lost item, everything fully demonstrates the professional and meticulous service standards of your hotel. The hotel's location is more in Ningbo's High-tech Zone, a bit far from tourist attractions, which gives it a price advantage. It's a prime choice for family trips with kids during holidays, helping you avoid large crowds and soaring prices. Secondly, the hotel's occupancy rate was quite high during the holiday, with many people choosing it, but thankfully the hotel service didn't suffer. The entire experience was great, with thoughtful service. From booking to check-out, I received enthusiastic help from a colleague named Iris, which I really appreciated. Of course, other colleagues in housekeeping, at the front desk, and in the restaurant were all excellent too. They upgraded me to a lake-view room, gave me a Mid-Autumn Festival gift box, and even a small gift at check-out. My child also said he had a wonderful time. When I asked him what he liked most specifically, he said the hotel's playground 😄. So, this trip to Ningbo was simply delightful!

Great location! The hotel offers excellent river views and a delicious, varied breakfast. As an established five-star hotel, it has complete amenities and consistent service. Make sure to go to breakfast early to avoid the queue. There are also good shopping malls nearby.

Service: Let's start with the positives – the service quality was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the experience was great. However, I'm curious why the hotel insists on bottled drinking water; it's quite unusual and I worry about potential contamination at the opening. Environment: I chose this hotel with its beautiful, antique-style environment to avoid the crowds during the National Day holiday, and it didn't disappoint. Facilities: But the room had a few major issues. First, the bathroom didn't have a door, which caught me off guard. Second, the balcony curtain, as shown in picture one, was like this late at night. I believe sleep should be dark and quiet at night, but the curtain control seemed to be broken... You can imagine how difficult it was to sleep that night. Food: Definitely worth recommending – delicious! If I had one more reason to come back here, it would be the food. Other experiences: I booked a 60-minute spa treatment, which was good. However, perhaps because it was around 9 PM, there was no tea prepared when I entered; I had to ask for it. After the spa, the staff arranged a shuttle. I had just taken a sip of tea when the car arrived... let alone having a moment to rest. Well, I guess it was my fault for being too late...
