GGuest UserFind a place where there are few people on the mountain. The homestay is very quiet. The wind blows through the wind bell at night and there is a peaceful beauty. The boss is really super good! ! Knowing that we want to shoot the starry sky, we even lent us our tripod and wide-angle lens (I heard that the boss also has a light for love Tuxuan, friends who like to take pictures can come to the boss's studio to communicate) and it is a pet-friendly hotel with many cute dog friends, I can play with small animals every day, I am really happy !

MM49877****The experience far exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady had a wonderfully warm smile, and check-in was very quick. The room was more spacious than I imagined, with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive: the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the toiletries were from a well-known brand with a subtle fragrance. The location is excellent, convenient for both attractions and shopping districts. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the local specialties were very authentic. At check-out, they even thoughtfully presented a small souvenir. Overall, it's great value for money, with warm service. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

GGuest UserI have been a global traveler and quite savvy in selecting good hotels:) Now I have to say that Intercontinental Hotels are my very favorite choice!
The hotel is tastefully decorated and the room is elegant, clean and comfortable w a sweeping view of Ningbo city and rivers. The staff members are extremely helpful, especially Leslie who graciously granted us the privilege to be upgraded to the executive lounge so we could enjoy some snacks while enjoying the spectacular views from the top/25th floor.
The famous breakfast buffet here is also amazing. We had a great time trying a huge variety of Chinese and Western foods, such as specialty foods from Ningbo and lots of green vegetables. Absolutely loving these!Intercontinental Hotels are highly recommended to people who would enjoy a luxurious and comfortable staying in China.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Langham Place Ningbo was far beyond expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the brand's unique elegance and warmth. The front desk reception was very efficient, and the smiling service made people feel very friendly. Even in the peak season, the check-in procedures were completed quickly, and the hotel facilities were also informed of the usage time. The details were thoughtful.
The deluxe room I booked had an excellent view. The floor-to-ceiling windows showed the beautiful scenery of the city skyline and the river view, which was especially charming when the lights were on at night. The room furnishings are both modern and oriental. The integration of wooden elements adds a sense of warmth. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is very good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mini bar has a rich selection of drinks, and the free local snacks are even more surprising, making people feel the sincerity of the guests.
The dining aspect is even more of a highlight. The Cantonese cuisine of Mingge Chinese Restaurant is amazing, and the signature roast goose has crispy skin and tender meat, which is just right with sour plum sauce; the buffet breakfast at Langham Cafe is diverse, from freshly made Ningbo glutinous rice balls to Western-style baking. The ingredients are fresh, and the chef will take the initiative to ask about taste preferences, and the service is meticulous.
The hotel is also very conveniently located, within walking distance of the business district and subway station, making travel easy. The fitness center is fully equipped, and you can enjoy the night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows when exercising in the evening, which will make you feel tired. When checking out, the front desk took the initiative to ask about the stay experience and gave a customized souvenir, which was very impressive.
Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, Langham Place Ningbo can bring a high-quality experience with a high cost-effectiveness. I will definitely choose here again next time I come to Ningbo.

MM*****The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll.
The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building.
The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a high standard. It is clean, quiet and has got very good river views. Staff are very friendly. Especially, Mr. John Guo was very helpful with my luggages and parcel and everything. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Especially, they provide fresh squeezed juices (watermelon juices, and orange juices)and cucumber juices. Hotel has also got a big swimming pool with 1.2 and 1.5 meters 2 depths. Would highly recommend.

GGuest UserQixia Mountain Residence, quiet and comfortable, there will be some plum dishes and silks from the aunt in the village outside the door to buy some to try, the little housekeeper Xiaohao is also diligent, it rains at the entrance of the village to receive umbrellas, play cards with friends, the restaurant can order drinks, you can also play game consoles with K songs, you can choose, breakfast is not bad, By the way, the thousand yuan boss stereo equipped in each room of the homestay is really good, five-star recommendation, you can come again!

We booked a total of four rooms, and before our arrival, the hotel proactively called us to give a detailed overview of their facilities and services. They even thoughtfully helped us book a restaurant reservation. Everything was arranged promptly and meticulously, and we're very grateful to May for her assistance.
Upon checking in, the experience got even better: the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's environment was serene and elegant, truly feeling like a traditional Jiangnan garden – every photo we took was picturesque. The hotel service, from the front desk to housekeeping, deserves special commendation; every staff member was warm and professional, making us feel incredibly welcome. Furthermore, the pre-booked travel photography service was excellent; the photographer's skills were top-notch, capturing many wonderful moments.
The only minor regret was that bottled water wasn't provided during the boat trip. We had brought our own snacks, but got a bit thirsty midway through the tour, so having drinking water available would have been a more thoughtful touch. However, this small incident did not detract from the overall outstanding experience.
The Park Hyatt Ningbo excels in service, environment, and facilities, making it ideal for trips with friends or family. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again and will recommend it to more friends! Five-star rating!

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.
