GGuest UserThe hotel is on the edge of the old Bund. The environment is good along the river. There are many choices for eating nearby. It is very pleasant to walk all the way at night. The room layout is very comfortable and emotional. It feels very suitable for couples. The space is large. I personally feel very satisfied. There are many windows. Before going to the bathroom, you must manually pull all the curtains. Breakfast is delivered to the room. This is normal. Later, take a taxi to the snack street on Gulou Street. More choices are also cheap, and others are very good.

GGuest UserVery good stay experience, the homestay is surrounded by green mountains and forests, and the window is opened to see the sea of clouds. It coincides with the rainy season, the mountain air washed by rain, and the sweetness of dew. When I woke up, my brain was clear and my heart was clear to disperse the fatigue. Breakfast is simple but not will be, the ingredients are very fresh, learned that I am vegetarian, the eldest sister also sent me the steamed grain steamed buns. The boss is also handsome and kind, get up early to send us to the destination, and have a panoramic view of Zhangzhou Mountain City along the road. Highly recommend to everyone, will come again~~~~

TTraveling the earthWe love this hotel, especially the experience and would give more than 5 stars if we could. There are multiple playgrounds and venues for the children. I would say they have the best and cleanest indoor heated pool in Ningbo and the staff bring a feel of a true International five star hotel. We live in Ningbo and this is our fifth staycation at this hotel because of how much fun we have. I can say that on various occasions the receptionists, concierge in the lounge, supervisors and managers have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The previous trip was for my daughter’s birthday, but this time it was for spring festival where we got to make rice, cakes, sign scrolls, even a dragon dance. It was truly special because they didn’t just hire people,it was the entire management team. We had a great time and will be back soon.

GGuest UserIt’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star rating, highly recommend! My business trip to Ningbo and stay at the Ningbo Marriott was perfect from start to finish. I must especially commend John from the concierge team for his 'Golden Key' service, which made me feel incredibly at home. The hotel is located in the prime Heyi Avenue area, right next to Sanjiangkou and Zhongshan Square. It's only a 10-minute walk to Tianyi Square and Drum Tower, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for getting around.
During check-in, John proactively offered to help me with my luggage. Upon learning I was on a business trip, he immediately arranged a high-floor river view room for me and thoughtfully explained the room's facilities and introduced me to Ningbo's local attractions. He anticipated my needs, not only preparing fresh fruit and Ningbo's special local snacks in my room but also placing two books about Ningbo culture, allowing me to appreciate the city's heritage even during my busy schedule.
The room was spacious and bright, with a design that blended Jiangnan poetic charm with modern luxury. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the Yaojiang River. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness. The work area in the room was spacious, with high-speed internet and ample power outlets to meet business needs. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the refrigerator kept things perfectly chilled.
Breakfast was served at the 1st-floor cafe, offering a rich and diverse selection. The local specialty, Ningbo Tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls), were soft, sweet, and delicious. There were also various fresh juices available, including watermelon, orange, and cucumber. The staff were quick to seat guests, proactive in refilling coffee, and efficient at clearing tables, making for an excellent dining experience overall.
Public areas were elegantly designed, with a stylish and grand art installation in the center of the lobby. The executive lounge offered a quiet and comfortable environment. Happy Hour provided both Chinese and Western hot dishes, cold salads, and a variety of beverages, making it a perfect spot for business discussions. A special thanks to John for his attentive service throughout my stay.
There's also a robot delivery service, adding a touch of technology and convenience for business travelers. Finally, for those visiting Ningbo, if you book a suite, the executive benefits are extensive, including laundry service, afternoon tea, and Happy Hour. You absolutely must choose Ningbo Marriott Hotel. While all hotels are focusing on hardware facilities, it's the personalized, thoughtful service that truly stands out. I believe the 'Golden Key' team will provide you with a satisfying and surprising stay!

FfununfI've stayed here many times, but this visit had quite a few unexpected hiccups. ^_^
**Facilities:**
The first night, I stayed in a standard Park Hyatt room, which felt a bit outdated. Later, due to some facility issues, we moved to a newly renovated deluxe courtyard twin room for our second night, and the facilities were significantly upgraded. Everything from the lighting to the hairdryer showed a big improvement.
**Cleanliness:**
Pretty good overall, but again, the unrenovated Park Hyatt rooms were just okay, while the renovated ones were much better.
**Environment:**
The hotel environment is excellent!!!
**Breakfast:**
Superb! Check out the pictures. My wife absolutely loved the apricot almond cheese, oatmeal, and chia seed pudding 😍
**Service:**
Regarding the room issues this time, a big thank you to Cody and Zach for their coordination. The overall service was still very good.

GGuest UserThe Portman is my favourite hotel in Ningbo. It’s very conveniently located, close to the city centre, subway station, shops, and restaurants. It’s always quiet inside the hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room had an iron, a washing machine, and a bath, and the bed was comfortable. There's a Shaxian restaurant downstairs, and it's also very convenient for ordering takeout. It's a great value. The hostel has a laundry drying area, a dining area, and sofa booths, and the common areas are well-equipped. The front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, with a separate and comfortable bathroom. The bed linen was clean and changed every time. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value.
