GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home. It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right by a subway exit. Our room's window directly faced Tianyi Square, offering expansive and beautiful city views. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water, a really thoughtful and convenient touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, styled with a minimalist, light grey decor that created a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. It had ample lighting and a convenient service call button right by the bed. Breakfast was light, delicious, and well-balanced, catering perfectly to a wide range of preferences. The front desk lounge on the first floor was thoughtfully designed and very inviting.

GGuest UserI booked a 60-square-meter Ruiya twin room with my colleagues. The check-in service and the sanitation of the hotel's public spaces were all good. The room is spacious, the facilities are well designed, new but no odor, and parking is free. I am quite satisfied with my stay. Unexpectedly, after checking out and arriving at the parking lot, the car's battery had a problem and wouldn't start. I asked the hotel for help, and the manager was awesome. He came immediately and used his own car to jump-start us. After working for a long time, he found that the hybrid car's battery was under the trunk. The trunk couldn't be opened because the car had no power, but because we were in time to catch the flight, we decided to leave the car here and let someone pick it up. The manager saw that we were very anxious and offered to take us to the airport. My colleagues and I were very grateful to the manager and fortunately we caught the flight. After we left, the hotel front desk helped to keep the keys, handed them to the person who came to pick up the car, and sent me a message to tell me that the keys had been taken away. Give the store manager a big thumbs up!!!

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.
