♥️Room We were upgraded to a standalone villa – it was new, very quiet, and spacious, with a small courtyard! The twin beds could be moved together. The toilet, shower, and sink were in a separate area, and there was a dressing table too! ♥️Breakfast Most of the items were Ningbo specialties! Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), wontons, handmade noodles, pancakes, sticky rice balls, wheat rolls, youzanzi (fried dough twists), douhua (tofu pudding)... everything was really delicious! The restaurant itself was very unique, with multiple doorways leading through, and even a wall covered in greenery. ♥️Service I felt their dedication even before checking in! We unfortunately encountered a typhoon, so they swapped out our outdoor activities from the package. There was a dedicated shuttle for check-in, and we received a fruit platter! The butler was also available 24/7. Other hotels often try to get you to spend more, but not here – they were always very thoughtful in helping us solve problems! ♥️Facilities If you're traveling with kids like us, this hotel is perfect! It has an indoor playground, a swimming pool, and intangible cultural heritage craft activities! There were also tons of activities during the summer (details in the photos). Outside the hotel, within 1.5 km, there are many shops, so it's convenient for food, drinks, and other necessities! We also received a 3-day free parking pass upon check-in.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

Our family's recent stay at this five-star Intercontinental hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of both Western and Chinese options. We also appreciated the clean, temperature-controlled pool and the modern gym facilities. The biggest bonus was its unbeatable location, just a stone's throw from the main attractions, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for families, and we'll definitely be back!

Overall, it was a fairly satisfactory stay. The hotel has an indoor kids' play area, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and even animal feeding, which gave the kids plenty to do during the hot summer days. The service was also quite good. I usually wipe down hotel rooms again, and this one was pretty clean. However, in the dining area, twice we encountered staff who cleared dishes but didn't wipe the table. We had to call them over, and even then, it took a while for them to come. The soundproofing was a bit poor. On the first night, I was in bed ready to sleep around 10 PM, but there were constant footsteps and chair-moving noises from upstairs until nearly midnight. The second night was fine, so I guess it depends on the guests upstairs. Staying here also grants access to Zheng Shiqifang with the room card. It's about a 10-15 minute drive, but we only stayed for about 10-15 minutes because it was just too hot that day.

Service: During our stay, what impressed me most was the staff's attitude. Everyone was so friendly and polite, truly living up to the standards of a family-friendly hotel. They were great with the kids. When we went swimming, my daughter forgot her goggles, and one of the hotel staff members even offered to watch my kids for me while complimenting them on their swimming. Haha, they really brightened our day! A big thank you to our butler, Kenvin, for his dedicated care, which made our short vacation so enjoyable! Environment: The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the art museum and Hanling Old Street. However, the hotel itself is so great you could easily spend a whole day here, perfect for families who prefer not to rush around. As soon as we checked in yesterday, we headed straight to the pool, then spent quite a while in the relaxation pool, which was exactly what I needed after a hike. A minor note: some of the massage jets seemed to be broken; it would be even better if they were fixed! The breakfast selection was extensive, and we even had a golden beetle 'fly in' (no idea how it got there!) and a group of adorable ducklings joining us, making the kids' breakfast absolutely delightful. The environment is just fantastic, haha 😂 Facilities: Our room had a balcony with a beautiful lake view, which was incredibly comfortable! The wardrobe door made a loud scraping sound against the floor, probably due to long-term use. It would be great if that could be repaired! Finally, nothing in this world is perfect, but I believe sincerity and kindness are what matter most. Thank you to all the hotel staff for giving us such a warm service experience.

It might have been peak season, as there were a lot of people, and I had to queue for check-in. The front desk offered welcome fruits. The hotel has three buildings: Haiyue Tower and Haixin Tower. The front desk didn't explain this clearly, just handed over the room card with basically no introduction. I had to figure out the hotel facilities on my own, and ended up in the wrong building, dragging my luggage and taking the wrong elevator. It's clear that the hotel was once a luxury establishment, with excellent facilities and design. Unfortunately, the facilities are now old, and the management isn't keeping up. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. The air conditioning worked well, cooling evenly without making it too cold; there was also a choice of pillows. Overall, the room stay was pleasant. I booked this hotel for its infinity pool, but it turned out to be a disaster zone. The changing rooms were barely cleaned, with water on the floor making it easy to slip, so I had to be very careful. I went to the infinity pool later in the evening when there were fewer people. The water temperature was 32 degrees Celsius, turning it into more of a hot spring. The main issue was that the pool and water were quite dirty. It closed at 8:30 PM. The breakfast suited the tastes of the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions, with many local specialties. There were plenty of staff, but also a lot of guests. No one seated us, and there was no need to flip a 'reserved' sign. On the first day, at the table next to us, two girls, about 12-13 years old, brought food bags and directly emptied a whole plate of cakes, bread, and fruits into them. They were well-trained and acted as if it was perfectly normal, without any discomfort. On the second morning, at the adjacent table were two young mothers, around 30, each with a 4-5-year-old child. One mother had a picnic bag filled with various food containers. After breakfast, she left with a fully packed picnic bag, which completely astonished me. Upon checkout, the front desk gave a small gift, which was a thoughtful touch. I had dinner twice at the hotel's Cape No. 1 restaurant, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. It was a bit disappointing that swimming in the sea was not allowed.

The front desk staff, Zhang Miao, provided excellent service. She was consistently polite and patient, even during peak hours. She calmly and efficiently explained all procedures, actively assisted with coordination, and was truly professional and dedicated. I was very satisfied! The river view room was great, with a fantastic view.

Still the best! We first visited 12 years ago when my child was 7 months old, and now, 12 years later, we're back at Park Hyatt. It's still the top hotel on Dongqian Lake. The renovated rooms are fantastic, so comfortable, and you don't have to worry about a thing. Qianhu Fishery is as delicious as ever, and the steak and pasta at the Western restaurant are both great. Plus, hotel guests get a 20% discount, which is excellent value for money! 👍 The breakfast is what I'd recommend most – both the Western options and local specialties are high quality. We ordered glutinous rice balls every morning and evening, which my child absolutely loved. Our butler, Ginny Huang, provided thoughtful and responsive service, handling all our requests promptly and efficiently. The entire trip was delightful and satisfying! 👍 All my previous concerns have vanished, and we'll definitely be back!

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.
