♥️Room We were upgraded to a standalone villa – it was new, very quiet, and spacious, with a small courtyard! The twin beds could be moved together. The toilet, shower, and sink were in a separate area, and there was a dressing table too! ♥️Breakfast Most of the items were Ningbo specialties! Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), wontons, handmade noodles, pancakes, sticky rice balls, wheat rolls, youzanzi (fried dough twists), douhua (tofu pudding)... everything was really delicious! The restaurant itself was very unique, with multiple doorways leading through, and even a wall covered in greenery. ♥️Service I felt their dedication even before checking in! We unfortunately encountered a typhoon, so they swapped out our outdoor activities from the package. There was a dedicated shuttle for check-in, and we received a fruit platter! The butler was also available 24/7. Other hotels often try to get you to spend more, but not here – they were always very thoughtful in helping us solve problems! ♥️Facilities If you're traveling with kids like us, this hotel is perfect! It has an indoor playground, a swimming pool, and intangible cultural heritage craft activities! There were also tons of activities during the summer (details in the photos). Outside the hotel, within 1.5 km, there are many shops, so it's convenient for food, drinks, and other necessities! We also received a 3-day free parking pass upon check-in.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside, you've got the Yinzhou Longhu Tianjie commercial area, and the hotel's basement level connects directly to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room offers an amazing view; just open the curtains and you can see the city. Service is super responsive, they're always ready to help, and check-in was a breeze. The staff were all incredibly patient and even helped me with my luggage without me asking. The room also thoughtfully provides bathrobes, a weighing scale, and an umbrella.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here for 3 nights. After 8.30pm, the hotel provides complimentary 热牛奶 and 黑米粥. Besides this, they also provide complimentary essential oil for relaxation. In addition, there is milk and 艾草(Artemisia argyi) where you can place it in your bath. It was very heartwarming to receive a greeting message from the 管家 when we were back to the hotel after a long tiring day. Overall, my friend and I are very satisfied with the hotel and the good service of their staff.

🌿Environment: The hotel is nestled within the Jiulong Lake scenic area, surrounded by green mountains and a serene lake. The courtyard is lush with greenery, and water lilies bloom peacefully in the pond. Everywhere you look, there's healing natural scenery, and the air is fresh. It's truly a perfect place to escape the city hustle and relax. 🐰The pet park is a favorite for children! They can get up close to peacocks strolling around, fluffy long-haired rabbits, and adorable golden hamsters. My child spent a long time crouching in front of the glass enclosure, happily observing the little animals. 🏨Room: We stayed in a family room, and the space was incredibly generous with a comfortable ceiling height that didn't feel cramped. Besides the large bed, there were also bunk beds for children, adorned with playful cartoon bedding. The room even had a small children's tent, showing great attention to detail. It was perfectly spacious for a family of three or four. 📜The resort offers a wealth of activities. The hotel's guide map was filled with options: mountain hiking, sand digging, handicrafts, farm activities, ball sports, children's playgrounds... There are many free activities, and some paid experiences too. You can easily plan a full day of activities without even leaving the hotel. Nearby, you can also visit Mengjia Flower Sea and Xiangshan Jiao Temple, making it very convenient for short self-driving excursions.

Our top pick for a Dongqian Lake getaway! A special shout-out to our butler, Nicole, who not only upgraded our room for free but also granted us a late check-out! The hotel is right next to the popular 'International Lake House' sunset spot, and very close to Hanling Old Street, making dining super convenient. Nestled between mountains and the lake, its village-style garden design offers picturesque views at every turn. The rooms are spacious and clean, each with a scenic balcony and comfortable bedding. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the shuttle service within the resort is very handy. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Strolling through the grounds and enjoying the hot springs are both incredibly relaxing activities, perfect for escaping the city hustle. The hotel's body lotion is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

My stay at Crowne Plaza NINGBO XIANGSHAN SEA VIEW by IHG was perfect, and it offers great value for money. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained. Check-in was efficient, the staff were friendly, and requests were handled promptly. The cleanliness of both the guest rooms and public areas was excellent. The breakfast offered a rich selection and good quality. My butler, Xiao Zhong, provided thoughtful and strong service throughout, making the entire experience very pleasant. It's a highly recommended choice for your travels.

Service: Let's start with the positives – the service quality was excellent. From check-in to check-out, the experience was great. However, I'm curious why the hotel insists on bottled drinking water; it's quite unusual and I worry about potential contamination at the opening. Environment: I chose this hotel with its beautiful, antique-style environment to avoid the crowds during the National Day holiday, and it didn't disappoint. Facilities: But the room had a few major issues. First, the bathroom didn't have a door, which caught me off guard. Second, the balcony curtain, as shown in picture one, was like this late at night. I believe sleep should be dark and quiet at night, but the curtain control seemed to be broken... You can imagine how difficult it was to sleep that night. Food: Definitely worth recommending – delicious! If I had one more reason to come back here, it would be the food. Other experiences: I booked a 60-minute spa treatment, which was good. However, perhaps because it was around 9 PM, there was no tea prepared when I entered; I had to ask for it. After the spa, the staff arranged a shuttle. I had just taken a sip of tea when the car arrived... let alone having a moment to rest. Well, I guess it was my fault for being too late...

The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.
