Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended!
The hygiene was impeccable; the entire place was spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay.
The service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly patient during check-in, not only helping me connect to the Wi-Fi but also thoughtfully offering sour plum juice to beat the heat. They actively assisted with carrying luggage to the room and patiently explained how to use each amenity. During check-out, they even prepared bottled water and snacks, showing great attention to detail. The uncle who brought the complimentary nightly sweet soup was very kind and enthusiastic, always asking if I wanted more and diligently answering any questions I had 👍.
The room facilities were excellent, with electric curtains that could be controlled with a single button, making them convenient and adding a touch of luxury.
This stay was truly perfect and well worth visiting.

Guest UserMy recent business trip to China hit a snag when I found myself running low on RMB, turning simple tasks like eating and shopping into real challenges.
I first tried to exchange my euros for Chinese RMB at my company-booked hotel, but they couldn't help. As a last resort, I walked into a nearby Atour Hotel to ask if I could exchange euros for RMB there. The moment I entered, the front desk agent greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of hot tea. That instant warmth and genuine Chinese hospitality put me completely at ease. After I explained my situation, she sketched a clear map to nearby banks and then, seeing my confusion, kindly offered, ”Let me take you there!”
She accompanied me to several banks, but none handled foreign exchange on weekends. Undaunted, she persisted until we found one that could exchange my currency. As if her help wasn't enough, it suddenly started pouring while we were inside. She rushed back to the hotel in the rain and returned with an umbrella, saying, ”I didn't want you to get wet. Please keep it.” I was truly amazed by her kindness to a non-guest.
So, when I returned to Beilun, I didn’t hesitate to skip my company's hotel and chose Atour instead. It was absolutely the right decision. The room was well-equipped and spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service was thoughtful in every aspect.
My thanks again to that front desk employee. Her kindness didn’t just solve a practical problem—it left me with a lasting impression of the warmth and sincerity of Chinese hospitality.

Good, clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

Anonymous UserEvery time I come to Ningbo, I stay here. I'm a regular now. All the room facilities are meticulously maintained and spotless, absolutely no complaints. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!

Right as I entered the room, it felt clean and fresh with no strange odors. The bedding was also clean, and the room was well-equipped. The front desk gave me a free upgrade to a Kijimu room, which had a comfortable Kijimu king-size bed and a useful mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. The room was quiet, so I felt very at ease and slept really well. The lobby also had a subtle, pleasant scent. I highly recommend it; it was a great choice!

Guest UserThis is my second time staying here. The hotel is great, with new facilities and very clean. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast offers a good variety and tastes delicious. The only minor issue was that the toilet lid wasn't soft-close, so it slammed down quite loudly which startled me.

HepbyfNestled in a bamboo-ringed mountain hollow, Xikou Manxiugu B&B ingeniously tucks each forest villa into the hillside, creating a unique and secluded haven. Staying in these hollow villas, you can enjoy snow in winter, mist in spring, cicadas in summer, and autumn leaves, truly embracing the wild. You can imagine yourself as a free bird in the forest or an uninhibited 'wildling' from ancient times, far from the hustle and bustle. Wake up to the morning sun, watch the sunset in the evening, sip tea leisurely, enjoy a glass of wine at night, listen to the rain on the leaves, chat with friends, find romance with a loved one, or simply gaze at the starry sky. It’s simply delightful! I come back every other year for a few days; I arrive feeling weary and leave feeling completely refreshed.
The villas at Manxiugu are diverse in style and shape – from two-story Gothic-inspired spires to charming Baroque wooden cabins. Each room has a pleasant woody fragrance that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. On hot days, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear infinity pool. And the chef's culinary skills are truly exceptional – the food is delicious, not greasy, and incredibly appetizing, all at a reasonable price, so there's no need to dine out. The service philosophy is guest-first, with every request met and every detail handled until you're completely satisfied. I especially want to thank Miss Xiaoyu, who thoughtfully carried our bags and helped us, who aren't so young anymore, settle in comfortably. My detailed rambling is simply because my stay was so comfortable and satisfying, so I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. A Mao Restaurant is just behind the hotel at the big crossroads. If you get tired of the hotel breakfast, you can head to Liu Ji Baozi in the residential area to the right of the hotel. They're open 24/7 and serve delicious old-dough pork buns, tofu soup dumplings, and stewed rice cakes.
It's a 10-minute walk to Tianyi Square and about 20 minutes to the Old Bund.
The hotel staff are all very professional; they never ignore guests and always proactively ask if you need anything.
Another special service at this hotel is the self-service drying cabinet, located on the guest room floors by the elevators for self-use. Light summer clothes dry very quickly.
Next to the hotel, there's a memorial dedicated to the victims of the Japanese germ warfare during the invasion of China. Someone had laid a bouquet of white flowers there. The sanitation workers are also great; they didn't disturb it. It stood quietly at the corner of the monument, conveying remembrance and sorrow. While we enjoy the peace of the present, we must not forget that period of profound suffering in history.

Anonymous UserExtremely satisfied! I didn't expect such a high-quality stay for this price; it far exceeded my expectations. The specific pros: the room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean with no strange odors. Check-in was immediate upon arrival, with no delays. The 2 PM check-out time was very generous (most hotels are 12 PM). It's also quite close to the subway station and the Ningbo Cultural Plaza Grand Theater, making it very convenient for catching a show. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town for a performance.

yingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
