"First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ticket gate, and across the street from the core temple complex of Jiuhua Mountain. The temples are just steps away, making worshipping Buddha incredibly convenient! There's a direct bus to Huatai right outside the hotel, and the shuttle bus stop is just a minute or two's walk uphill, making it perfect for families with children and elderly members—no walking required. I must commend the hotel front desk staff on the morning of May 4th. When I checked out that morning, I left my jacket with my car keys in my room. I had already boarded the shuttle bus to Huatai, so I immediately called the front desk. The staff promptly went to my room, found my jacket and car keys, and placed them on the next shuttle bus to Huatai. I'm so grateful!!!"

"Five-star review! The hotel exudes a wonderful minimalist Zen ambiance, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The toiletries had a lovely, subtle white tea scent, and the water pressure was strong. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and the breakfast offered a great selection of Chinese pastries. The self-service laundry room was a convenient free amenity. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. All my travel fatigue simply melted away here. Highly recommended!"

"Came to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended."

"This is probably the most upscale hotel in Jiuhua Mountain. I noticed they also host various large-scale corporate events. It's not located on the mountain within the scenic area, so it's more suitable for guests with a car. The hot spring experience was decent; the outdoor pools were more comfortable than the indoor ones, and the sauna got me a good sweat. My only minor complaint is that for a two-night stay, they didn't provide fresh bathrobes on the second day. The restaurant food was quite good, better than what you find outside, especially the noodle soup – I was very satisfied. The ambiance is also great, and the garden and lawn at the entrance are perfect for relaxing. Recommended!"

"This was my third visit to Jiuhua Mountain. The previous two times, I stayed at Arcadia in Zhubei Town. This time, I brought my parents and decided to try this hotel instead. It exceeded my expectations! We stayed one night and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Breakfast was pretty standard but filling, and it was quite busy. The Chinese restaurant for lunch is absolutely worth going to! The stinky mandarin fish was better than what we had at the lakeside restaurant on the first floor, though their hairy tofu was better there. The stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms was absolutely delicious, and the prices were reasonable with a nice ambiance. For dinner, the Western buffet was 70 RMB per person for hotel guests, which I thought was a good deal. The seafood wasn't super fresh, but each person got a large hairy crab. After a hike, it was nice to have some hot pot. I'll definitely be back again this year and will stay at this hotel."

"The overall stay was fantastic, especially the front desk and concierge services. The concierge proactively helped with luggage and provided excellent directions. The front desk was very efficient with check-in and check-out, and the staff were gentle and patient, answering all our questions about travel and local attractions with great professionalism. The room was clean and tidy. From arrival to departure, the entire experience was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended."

"The room design is exquisite, the facilities are modern and complete, clean and tidy, including the scenery outside the window. The reception desk service is warm and thoughtful and the location is excellent. It is very close to Jiuhuashan Benyuan Cultural Park and the visitor center, about ten minutes walk. Convenient parking, just in front of the door, and free! There are many specialties around, which is convenient for eating and foraging.
