"Extremely satisfied! I thought I'd hear the high-speed train, but I didn't hear a thing – truly excellent [chuckle]. The service was also prompt and thoughtful. The room was very clean and even had a dehumidifier, so it wasn't humid at all. The customer service even upgraded our room type. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I visit [happy face]. The hotel is also very close to the beach, so you can be among the first to collect seashells and get a great haul. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to put a map of the resort area and nearby attractions in the room, so first-time guests know where to go. I spent ages looking for the Lawson convenience store on my first day here [facepalm]."

"This was the most satisfying hotel of our Wanning trip; both the environment and service were impeccable. Even before checking in, we experienced the meticulous arrangements made by our butler, Cherry. Room facilities: Very thoughtful, they even had mosquito repellent by the bed. Breakfast: Quite delicious, good quality. The infinity pool is super photogenic! Next time I come to Wanning, I'll definitely stay at Grand Hyatt again!"

"I finally have some time now, so I'll leave a detailed review for everyone's reference. The rooms and facilities are quite complete and relatively new. I saw some comments saying that the parking lot, guest rooms, and breakfast area were scattered and hard to find. I think it's actually fine; as a resort-style hotel with a central courtyard, it's easier to navigate than detached villas. It took about 20 minutes to walk around and get my bearings. The underground parking and restaurant are served by the same elevator. The front desk and concierge service were unremarkable, lacking a bit in smiles, quite bland 😊. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, but even at 10:15 AM, dishes were still being refilled, and the variety was quite rich. We didn't want to go out for dinner, so we ordered a set meal. The food was excellent, and the portions were huge; we couldn't finish it all. The service at the Chinese restaurant was very good, with staff consistently demonstrating the professionalism expected of a high-star hotel. Special commendation to the uncle at the outdoor BBQ, who was very enthusiastic and reminded us to watch our step when we passed by at night. There's a hot spring, but I didn't get to experience it. All three swimming pools are great, and the water is very clean, which the kids loved. Overall, if you're tired of ocean views, it's definitely worth staying for two nights."

Overall, it's an ideal place to unwind and fully immerse yourself in island life – gazing at the sea, taking walks, and enjoying the sunset. The vacation vibes are truly immersive. Her demeanor was gentle and attentive, and her service was both meticulous and heartwarming, making me feel incredibly welcomed right from the start. The room's cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. Every corner was immaculately tidy; the floors and bathroom were spotless, the bedding was soft and dry with no strange odors, and the toiletries area was neatly organized. The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was evident everywhere. The room itself was spacious and quiet, making for a relaxing and peaceful stay. After a tiring journey, returning to such a comfortable room was simply perfect. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, right next to the surfing park, making for an incredibly exhilarating surfing experience. You can enjoy the fun of surfing without being limited by weather or ocean conditions, which is great for both beginners and casual surfers. The rolling waves create an amazing atmosphere and it's definitely an unmissable activity when visiting Wanning. The entire resort environment is elegant and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. My stay was comfortable, and my playtime was enjoyable; the service, cleanliness, and leisure experience were all excellent. "The room wasn't as big as I expected; in fact, the rooms on the first floor seemed larger. The hotel service was excellent; any issues were resolved immediately. Every night, there's a complimentary sweet soup. I didn't try it, but the butler always informed guests it was available on a first-come, first-served basis. Right outside the hotel is a street full of bars, including 216 Restaurant & Bar and Malt, all just a short walk away. It's a great way to spend time, just chilling there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. At night, the bars are incredibly lively and bustling – definitely a young crowd!"
