The rooms are designed with a ocean wave theme, spotlessly clean, and offer fantastic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff throughout the resort are incredibly welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. Check-in was efficient, and our butler, Kelly, was very responsive. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, featuring delicious Hainanese specialties. The resort's pool area is perfect for photos, and it's just a short walk to Riyue Bay beach. It's a one-stop shop for a surfing vacation – I'll definitely be staying here again next time!"

"I was a bit apprehensive at first, seeing the mixed reviews online, but the moment we were waiting to check in, our amazing butler, Mile, contacted me and offered to handle the check-in process directly. Throughout our stay, her service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. She went above and beyond, tirelessly answering my requests for the buggy at any hour – truly exceptional attentiveness that brought our trip to a perfect close!. As for the hotel itself, we booked a two-bedroom villa, and contrary to some online comments, it wasn't damp at all, even though it rained during our stay. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The room was very spacious and perfectly comfortable for our family of five. We also enjoyed a continuous flow of welcome drinks and complimentary fruit platters and cakes upon arrival, which many five-star hotels don't even offer. The only minor drawback was breakfast; it was just too crowded. I had to queue at 9:00 AM on the first day and again at 10:20 AM on the second day. Everything else was absolutely perfect, and I look forward to visiting again!"

"After comparing numerous online reviews, I chose Le Méridien over the Westin and was quite pleased with my decision. The courtyard-style lobby, with its coconut trees, ocean breeze, and bougainvillea, truly captured the island vibe. We booked a Splash Garden Suite with a private courtyard, which was fantastic. Every day, a family of calico cats would visit, and my daughter loved playing with them. Breakfast was available at both the Japanese restaurant and Horizon restaurant. Unfortunately, my son fell ill, so we didn't get to try Horizon, but we'll definitely make it up next time. There are two swimming pools, but we only went to the ocean-view one. It wasn't too crowded, and my little one had a wonderful time swimming. The hotel offers many family activities, including paid childcare services. We participated for a day and a half, and the kids absolutely loved it. Our butler, Lexie, was incredibly thoughtful. She checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and provided prompt assistance – highly recommend! The front desk hotline was also excellent, with quick response times. I was very satisfied with that."

"When I visited Wanning, I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton, and both the service and the views were excellent. I had a sea-view room on the 6th floor with a super expansive view, and it was also very close to the beach. A special thanks to the concierge, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Not only did they give us a souvenir gift and fruits, but they also offered to reimburse our taxi fare because we missed the shuttle bus – truly generous! The Corona bar is also very beautiful. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"The room was very spacious, and the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The service, whether from the cleaning staff or the shuttle drivers, was great! 👍 Especially Sarah at the front desk, who was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She gave us tips on local attractions and restaurants, saving us a lot of research time. She was also very accommodating, providing a stroller and bed rail whenever we asked. The hotel food was also very good, both in presentation and taste. Getting to the beach was convenient too. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!"

"Traveling with kids, the hotel's overall environment is quite good and has a resort-like feel. The rooms are spacious, and for the same price, staying at a hotel feels more reliable than a homestay. Breakfast is decent, but there's an extra charge for children over 1.4m tall, which is a bit of a downside. The housekeeping service is practically non-existent; I had to call ten times to get an answer once. The pool wasn't particularly clean, and my child said there were bugs at the bottom. The room door was a bit difficult to close, probably due to the humid weather, and there was no smart TV."

"This stay was a truly delightful surprise! The room was spotless, tidy, and felt brand new. The staff's service was outstanding; they were incredibly responsive to any request and went above and beyond, even kindly upgrading us to a sea-view room for free! Pushing open the window revealed an endless ocean vista – the view was absolutely stunning! The only minor drawback is that rooms close to the sea tend to be a bit humid, making it difficult for clothes to dry. The complimentary photoshoot experience offered by the hotel was also excellent. They didn't skimp on quality just because it was a free service; the photographer was patient and responsible throughout, and the photos turned out great. We also tried the surfing program in partnership with the hotel. The surf shop is super close to the hotel, so we could head straight back to our room to shower after surfing, which was incredibly convenient. Compared to a random shop we found on the street before, this one has excellent changing and showering facilities, and their Canon camera for photos produced clear, high-quality images. If you want great photos, this is definitely the place to go. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, with fresh fruits and snacks. I particularly loved their waffles – they tasted amazing! Overall, my stay was a perfect 10/10!"

Breakfast is abundant, and there's also a coffee shop where you can leisurely enjoy a cup. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the lively surroundings, and you can walk to the beach.
