"We had a wonderful stay at Henann Beach Resort Panglao after our diving days, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bohol looking for a relaxing beach holiday or a base to explore Bohol! The reception team was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request, making both check-in and check-out seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed (shampoo =, conditioner, dental kit etc). One of the highlights of the resort is its beautiful beachfront location with stunning views of Alona Beach. The pool facilities are exceptional. The resort features three large swimming pools on different levels: there was always plenty of space available to swim or lounge by the water. The pool bars were another great feature, with their 2-for-1 happy hour promotion on drinks, which offered excellent value and made sunset cocktails even more enjoyable. Overall, Henann Beach Resort delivers an excellent combination of comfort, service, facilities, and location. Highly recommended! 🌴🍹☀️"

"The hotel overall is decent, and the environment is nice. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of hot water for showers. You have to request hot water from the front desk in advance. Unfortunately, even after I asked the front desk for hot water, I ran the tap for ages and only cold water came out – I almost caught a cold! In the end, a staff member boiled water in a kettle and gave me a bucket to shower. I don't know which genius came up with this failed energy-saving design of not even installing a water heater, it's truly speechless. Plus, the hotel doesn't provide thick duvets, only thin duvet covers, quite similar to some hotels in European countries."

"Let's start with the downsides: 1. My room, number 5, had a broken toilet flush button. It's too old and needs replacing. 2. The shower had unstable hot water in the morning, and the water pressure was uneven. It's also too old and needs replacing. 3. There were ants crawling up from the sink. Every time I left the room, I'd close the drain cover and block their path with water. 4. The refrigerator was out of order. 5. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on; it was saggy and offered no support. Extremely uncomfortable. 6. The hotel is located near a residential area, so rooster crowing every morning affected my sleep somewhat. 7. The music played in the resort grounds started too early in the morning and ended too late at night. 8. The entire Panglao Island, and perhaps even all rural areas in the Philippines, seems to have a habit of burning trash, so you'd occasionally smell smoke. Now for the positives: 1. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly; they'd greet me every time I passed the front desk. 2. The resort grounds were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The linens were also very clean. 3. The air conditioning worked great for dehumidifying and cooling. 4. The curtains provided excellent blackout. 5. It's very close to the beach, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's a quiet location despite being close to amenities, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. Overall: Outdated facilities are the biggest problem with this hotel, and it requires a large-scale upgrade and renovation."

"I really enjoyed my stay there. It's quiet and a bit far from the center, but you can get there on foot in about 15 minutes. The room had everything I needed, plus strong Wi-Fi. I'd recommend it to friends and I'll definitely be back. Thanks!"

"We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel's style really caught our eye; you could stay here just for that! The room was clean, spacious, and new. All the appliances worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The beds and bedding were simply wonderful – better than any previous hotels we've stayed in. The staff were friendly and resolved all our queries in an instant. The breakfast was a buffet with a very diverse menu; I don't think anyone would leave hungry. There's a small beach nearby. Plus, there's convenient scooter parking right at the hotel entrance, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was excellent overall, with very friendly staff. The private beach is beautiful, and the breakfast was also a great highlight. My friend and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only drawback was internal communication. There seemed to be information gaps between departments. when we called to ask about booking an outdoor activity, the information we received at the front desk was completely different. The same issue happened when we tried to arrange an in-hotel massage: the front desk said they would transfer my call, but we waited a long time without getting through. Also, the fee required to use the gym was inconsistent between what the front desk and the gym told."

"It was worth the price i rent 3 deluxe suite and my family enjoy so much and we have a wonderful night staying there, staffs are accommodating and very clean and smell good we enjoy karaoke also because they're using smart tv 🤩the location also is very convenient just near alona beach and alturas mall panglao thank you so much Quest villa 🤩🤩🤩👍❤️❤️❤️ I really enjoy my Vacation 🤩❤️"

"The room offered pretty good value for money, right by Alona Beach. Stepping out, you're right on the sand, which is super convenient, and it's close to all the popular网红 restaurants. The environment was decent, but there really aren't any kid-friendly facilities, so it's not ideal if you're traveling with little ones. However, at least the pool is available for them to play in. Breakfast was okay, but you get what you pay for, so I couldn't expect too much. Overall, it was acceptable, but after browsing a few times, the room rate went up quite a bit. Ctrip's big data really is something!"

"This hotel is really great! The location was perfect for us, as there's no noise nearby, yet it was super easy to walk to all the action. The ladies at the reception are darlings – always helpful, always smiling, which really brightened our day. We booked all our excursions through the hotel, and everything was excellent. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. There's always hot water. It's a very cozy hotel, really feels like home. I definitely recommend it!"
