Unfortunately, the first three days I went back to reception 8 (!) times to get a t****th cup and t****th glass. It was always promised that we would get them. There was also a call in my presence to come through and bring a cup and glass. I put a note next to one cup asking for a second cup and a second glass. It's not a disaster, but you shouldn't pretend to be a 4-star hotel with such service! The room, bathroom and service are more consistent with a 2 or 3 star hotel. The buffet breakfast (over 12 euros per person) was appropriate for a 4 star hotel and was excellent. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included. When I asked them the next day if they wanted to check this again, so that I wouldn't suddenly have to pay an extra 120 Euro at the end, they could no longer find my booking. They would search further. The next morning I received a call that breakfast was not included after all! (We had received the trip as a gift and didn't know if breakfast was included) All in all, great location, friendly, helpful people at reception, but apart from a good breakfast, it is at most a 3-star room that needs maintenance"
