"Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. "Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are polite, helpful & professional. Great location. Walking distance to millennium park, the riverwalk, tour deck of the riverboat ride, food & convenient store. Even the train station nearby brought us directly to Ohare Airport, ticket only $3. Will surely stay here in the future."

"The hotel is in a good location but expensive. You can stay in a top five-star hotel in China for this price, but this is just an ordinary four-star hotel on the street. Trump Tower is across the street. It takes about 1 km to go to Millennium Park or the Art Museum of Chicago. The Chicago River is across the street, which is perfect for running and strolling. There is no restaurant of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is served in a bar and restaurant next to it. I didn't try it. It is convenient, but people outside eat together. It is not convenient to take a taxi, especially Uber. It is estimated that it will take a long time to go one way even if it is nearby."
