"We stayed in a family room with our family of four. It was a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, and although the way back was uphill, it was within walking distance and easy to walk unless you were very tired, so it was very good. The location was on a very quiet street, so there wasn't much traffic and the noise was not a big deal. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, several types of tea, and an electric kettle. The building was a renovated old building, so the ceiling was very high and open, and there was plenty of space even when we spread out our luggage. The staff were very kind, and although breakfast usually starts at 7am, they were happy to prepare breakfast for us when we told them we would be going out a little earlier to join a tour. Security was also reassuring, as the door had to be unlocked every time we entered or left the hotel. There were a few types of water and carbonated drinks available for purchase at the front desk."

"I am usually lazy to review hotels, but this hotel is super good in terms of environment and service of the staff, so I can't help but give it 5 stars. First of all, the room is very clean, the decoration is a bit Cusco style, and hot water and heating are also available 24 hours a day (unlike motto, which has small and dark rooms and limited heating). Secondly, the staff is very patient with customers, answering every question seriously and providing laundry service. It is really great. I will book this place again next time."

"The man at the reception was very kind. The facilities and services are excellent, so you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time. The rooms are clean. The showers have hot water. The kitchen is spacious. There is also a video viewing room. Since it is in Cusco, tours will pick you up in front of the hotel. They will also store your luggage when you go to Machu Picchu. It was really good."

"Outside is inconspicuous, but very quiet, the service staff is very warm, help contact the car early in the morning, the car came late and greeted me to wait, there is boiling water, but unfortunately I left early in the morning and didn't eat their free breakfast."
