The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, six or seven minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

Originally speaking, the pick-up service has become a paid service of 50 soles. If you refuse decisively, you will be able to call a taxi for 30 soles at the airport. Breakfast is also traditional western style.

The hotel does not have an elevator. Trip.com pay attention to communicating with the hotel. The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor.
