The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean.
The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows.
The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...

GGuest UserThe staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.

The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor.

FFat fat pugThis is a relatively old hotel in Cusco. When I checked in, the clerk said that he would upgrade me to a larger room for free, and there was a bell boy in the hotel to help me carry my luggage. The hotel's service is good. When I left the hotel and wanted to go to the long-distance bus station, the waiter was willing to call a taxi for me. They were willing to help me carry my luggage to the car, but the location of the hotel has a slope on one side. If I want to go to the laundry and eat pizza at the restaurant by myself, I have to walk on a slope.
