The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean.
The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows.
The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...

GGuest UserThe staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.

GGuest UserI chose it carefully because it was a trip with my mother. The accommodation condition was very good, but it was a little difficult because it was cold in the early morning. They were kind enough to provide a heater, but I had difficulty sleeping because of altitude sickness.
