Spa Hotels in Taicang

"The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk to Mirror Lake. The afternoon tea and dinner were delicious, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. It's also very convenient to get here from Shanghai. We'll definitely be back!"

"Traveling with a friend and our little ones, our stay at the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's overall environment is delightful, with excellent greenery that makes strolling around very pleasant. All facilities are well-maintained, and the parent-child amenities are comprehensive, ensuring both adults and children can find enjoyment. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, offering a good rest experience. Yvette from Guest Relations left a lasting impression with her warm and thoughtful service, and her professional and meticulous approach. Traveling with children requires a lot of attention to detail, and she handled every issue impeccably, providing thoughtful reminders for various matters, making us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. This trip with our kids was very fulfilling, and it was a wonderful check-in experience."

"The hotel boasts a new Chinese architectural style with a sleek gray and white facade. The lobby is spacious and bright. When checking in, I asked if my family and I could be in the same building. Even though our rooms were already assigned, they immediately helped us switch to rooms together and gave us a free upgrade. The guest relations manager was very accommodating and showed great care. They personally escorted us to our building. The room was large, clean, and tidy, featuring a big bed, a sizable sofa, a desk, and a TV. Pulling back the curtains revealed a direct view of a Suzhou garden, and we could also open the door to step outside. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, a bathtub, and a smart toilet that automatically opened and flushed upon approach. The location is superb. It's only a few hundred meters from Nanyuan, an easy walk away, and about 1 kilometer from Nanyang Plaza. Their afternoon tea cakes were beautifully presented and generously portioned, easily enough for four people. They tasted excellent too! 👍 Although it's a four-star hotel, the facilities are definitely five-star quality, and the service was also very good. During the Dragon Boat Festival, there was a free zongzi-making activity. They even steamed them for us, and we each got to take five home. It was a very satisfying stay!"

"It's still a good hotel. This location in Taicang is considered a very good hotel."

"Especially good hotel is super cost-effective, the space is large, the decoration is very careful, there is a small singing bar too addictive, the details can feel the boss's attitude. The details are also very good, the bathtub is given a disposable bath bag, breakfast is delivered to the room by the aunt, even the toothbrush is very good! Not a general chain product, next time you come to Taicang to play, you have to live in a different room type!"
