"The transportation is quite convenient, and there are many dining options nearby. Wanda Plaza is not far away. Across the road is another plaza, I forgot its name, but it also has a lot of food. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and I even received a fruit voucher upon arrival. The lobby is very bright, the mattress is comfortable, and parking is convenient with a parking ticket. Thumbs up! 👍🏻 I've stayed here a few times now, and they even offer upgrades. Yes, they are quite friendly to repeat customers. The breakfast variety is also pretty good, making it a solid choice for business travelers or tourists."

"Because my project required a week-long stay in Taicang, choosing Home Inn Business Hotel was definitely the right decision. The service was incredibly attentive; the front desk not only expedited check-in but also proactively inquired about my needs, making me feel truly respected. "I first stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it just opened and had a great impression. So, I decided to return with friends this time. It's clear the hotel is now very well-established and operating smoothly. The staff are in excellent spirits, polite, and provide attentive service. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. A big thank you to the front desk for upgrading our room. On a side note, there was some water leakage from the shower door after showering, so I suggest the engineering department inspect and address this. The area around Tianjing Lake has developed nicely over the past few years, and it was very pleasant to watch the full moon over the lake from our room."

"Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk upgraded our room, which was spacious and faced the fountain plaza. However, it was still quite noisy downstairs with singing until around midnight, so we had to keep the windows closed. The coffee machine and tea set were a nice touch and very convenient to use. On the downside, the shower water pressure was very low and not hot enough. It took a long time to fill the bathtub, and there were small bugs inside it. The complimentary dessert from our package wasn't great – the cake was just average, and the drinks were the same ones offered at the breakfast buffet. During peak breakfast hours, there clearly weren't enough staff. Plate clearing was slow, meaning that by around 9:30 AM, there were no clean tables available. The breakfast variety itself was decent though."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, so there was no noise disturbance. Front desk staff, Wang Yali and Wu Xiaojie, provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire process from check-in to check-out very smooth. "Really great place if you want to stay in Taicang. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are really modern and smart, with automatic curtains lol. :) However the rooms are not super large and especially the space around the sink is a bit limited. But the loveliness combined with the advanced interior make this a really special place!"

"Was recommended to this hotel as the location is very good. True enough, the location is super as Wanda Plaza is just a stroller... However, as I am kind of allergic to Smoke, I requested a NON Smoking room... unfortunately, once we entered our room, the smoke smelled were so terrible....there is a No Smoking sign, but the fact there is an ashtray, it suggested otherwise.... Luckily we only stayed for 1 night... Breakfast is good though... In a nutshell, if you are okay with Smoke, the hotel is pretty good. However, for a NON smoker and allergic to Smoke, better think twice...."

"Exceeded expectations! There was a very polite girl with glasses at the restaurant who provided excellent service. I stayed there for two nights and dined there for two nights, and she served me both nights. I was very impressed and she was very helpful. I will definitely go again next time."

"The hotel boasts a new Chinese architectural style with a sleek gray and white facade. The lobby is spacious and bright. When checking in, I asked if my family and I could be in the same building. Even though our rooms were already assigned, they immediately helped us switch to rooms together and gave us a free upgrade. The guest relations manager was very accommodating and showed great care. They personally escorted us to our building. The room was large, clean, and tidy, featuring a big bed, a sizable sofa, a desk, and a TV. Pulling back the curtains revealed a direct view of a Suzhou garden, and we could also open the door to step outside. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, a bathtub, and a smart toilet that automatically opened and flushed upon approach. The location is superb. It's only a few hundred meters from Nanyuan, an easy walk away, and about 1 kilometer from Nanyang Plaza. Their afternoon tea cakes were beautifully presented and generously portioned, easily enough for four people. They tasted excellent too! 👍 Although it's a four-star hotel, the facilities are definitely five-star quality, and the service was also very good. During the Dragon Boat Festival, there was a free zongzi-making activity. They even steamed them for us, and we each got to take five home. It was a very satisfying stay!"

"Let's start with the positives – the butler service was very friendly, and the lobby staff were enthusiastic. When I was leaving with all my bags, one of them even proactively asked if I needed help. The hotel room was very quiet, and I slept wonderfully, waking up naturally at 9:45 AM. It's been a long time since I've had such a good lie-in! Next, I really appreciate the little surprise the hotel prepared for our anniversary; my family was very happy. All these points deserve a five-star rating. Now for some personal suggestions. The main area I recommend improving is breakfast. Having stayed at various family-friendly hotels, from far-flung places like Atlantis to nearby ones like all the Kaiyuan Senbo and Giraffe Hotels, including other Club Med locations, this was my first time at the Taicang branch, and I had a poor experience with the beverages. On the first day, we went around 8 AM, and on the second day, after 10 AM, some food stations weren't open. Normally, everything is open during the summer holidays, but I'll set that aside, as every hotel has its own plans. However, let me address the specific beverage issues. On the first day, the freshly squeezed juice in the restaurant was consistently only filled to one-third of the glass. There's really no need for that; if people want more, they'll simply get refills. Two-thirds is a normal serving, especially since the cups are small. On the second day, I went for freshly squeezed juice at 10:05 AM and couldn't get a single cup; there were only a few scattered watermelon slices. The hot milk was also not refilled and was consistently out of stock. This really feels a bit stingy. The evening activities felt less engaging compared to Nanjing. Nanjing's activities had much more interaction. I still vividly remember children and adults gathering in a circle, singing and dancing together, everyone enjoying drinks, chatting while watching the show, and kids participating on stage."
