"Arrived quite late, but Darren at the front desk was super enthusiastic and meticulously explained all the hotel's facilities. Upon learning I was an Accor Platinum member and confirming my Trip.com Accor direct booking, he proactively upgraded me to an executive room and even included complimentary executive lounge access for two. What a pleasant surprise! The room offered a true lake view, with the clear blue sky reflecting on the water – truly refreshing. The room service was also very thoughtful. When I needed items like drinking water and a razor, the staff responded quickly and delivered them to my room promptly. Their service was dedicated and thorough. Overall, a perfect stay!"

"Honestly, the hotel service felt poorly trained, especially compared to other five-star hotels. The difference was significant. In the breakfast restaurant, at 9:30 AM, we were told quite bluntly that breakfast was almost over, which was uncomfortable. We rushed through our meal, and when they closed up at 10 AM, there was no warm reminder like you'd get at other five-star hotels, suggesting we could grab more food if we wanted. This process was completely missing, yet other five-star hotels always do this. It really felt like the service training was inadequate! The customer experience was poor, and I won't be booking again! Also, the room had a musty smell, as if no one had stayed there in ages! My husband developed a lot of rashes on his face overnight. The next day, at checkout, they only seemed interested in getting a good review and asked how our stay was. I said 'average,' and then they just went silent. It felt like they only wanted positive feedback and had no interest in asking why it was just 'average' or what we were unhappy with, showing no desire for improvement. I won't stay here again. And the underground parking was a mess."

"The environment is just okay. Both the breakfast area and the front desk are on the first floor. Breakfast is supposedly until 10:30 AM? But by 10:15 AM, a lot of the food was already gone – no milk, and a really long line for coffee. The staff didn't seem interested in resolving the issue. It was a New Year's Day holiday, so it was busy, but the food supply was clearly insufficient. Overall, the service felt stiff and outdated. For nearly 900 yuan a night, the value for money is extremely low."

"This stay experience was great! The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. They greeted me with a smile from the door. They quickly helped me check in. They also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding traffic. They were very intimate. The hotel has its own self-service laundry room, laundry and drying are very convenient, it is a savior for people like me who travel long distances. "We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean, spacious, carpeted, and quiet. The bedding was neat, and there was even a round table, perfect for situations like mine where I had to work overtime. The view was excellent, and we slept very well at night. They even provided a children's toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers – a thoughtful touch. The room overlooked the city park, and the hotel's location was superb, surrounded by Wanda Plaza, museums, and art galleries. It was conveniently located within walking distance. The breakfast was also extremely satisfying – a plentiful and delicious buffet with both Chinese and American options. Our child didn't want to stay longer and insisted on checking out until the very last minute. The value for money was unbeatable. Both adults and children were very satisfied with our trip to Taicang. We will definitely come back when the weather cools down. No one asked for a good review; the hotel's cleanliness, service, sleep quality, and location were all impeccable. A good review is a must, and it truly deserves it. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I will definitely stay here again next time."

Guests can enjoy diverse culinary experiences at The China Kithen, The Bar, and The Restaurant, each offering classic delicacies with distinct styles. The fully equipped banquet hall and meeting rooms cater to a variety of business conferences and event needs. The unique and charming outdoor venue further establishes it as a landmark location in Taicang.
"Advantages: 1. Nice environment, convenient parking, and very quiet. 2. The room size and layout are reasonable. A standard room has a square table and two chairs, and the slippers are very comfortable. Thumbs up! 3. The Chinese restaurant is delicious, really delicious. I ate lunch here twice. The service was also very good; they reminded me that the portions were quite large and not to order too much. Disadvantages: 1. The breakfast is not great; the variety is limited. 2. All bathroom fixtures are Grohe. The wall-mounted toilet with a rear flush is unnecessary; water tends to splash out when flushing. Be careful with the hot water in the shower; the water pressure on the fourth floor is too low. Ideally, it should be at least 0.3 MPa. 3. The charging ports on the table are oddly placed; there are quite a few, but my charger was difficult to plug in. (See picture below) Overall, it's a good hotel, very cost-effective, comfortable, and quiet."
