"Our family stayed here during the National Day holiday with our child, and overall the hotel was excellent. Reese provided incredibly thoughtful service, confirming our itinerary and sending check-in instructions in advance. During our stay, she was always patient and accommodating to all our requests. The front desk was efficient with check-in, the room was spotless, service was prompt, and the location was convenient for getting around. Our child also loved it, and we had a very pleasant holiday."

The service was incredibly attentive; the front desk not only expedited check-in but also proactively inquired about my needs, making me feel truly respected. "This is my second time staying at the Pullman, and it's just as great as the first! The hotel's location is fantastic โ€“ very close to Alpensnow World, with a mall right next door and Tianjing Lake directly in front. It's convenient for everything. The executive lounge offers a wonderful selection of food, and both the afternoon tea and happy hour are of high quality. The staff are all very professional, and Manager Yang at the front desk genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. She promptly resolved any issues I had and was very open to feedback. Highly recommend!"

"Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk upgraded our room, which was spacious and faced the fountain plaza. However, it was still quite noisy downstairs with singing until around midnight, so we had to keep the windows closed. The coffee machine and tea set were a nice touch and very convenient to use. On the downside, the shower water pressure was very low and not hot enough. It took a long time to fill the bathtub, and there were small bugs inside it. The complimentary dessert from our package wasn't great โ€“ the cake was just average, and the drinks were the same ones offered at the breakfast buffet. During peak breakfast hours, there clearly weren't enough staff. Plate clearing was slow, meaning that by around 9:30 AM, there were no clean tables available. The breakfast variety itself was decent though."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, so there was no noise disturbance. Front desk staff, Wang Yali and Wu Xiaojie, provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire process from check-in to check-out very smooth. It's truly great value for money, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Really great place if you want to stay in Taicang. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are really modern and smart, with automatic curtains lol. :) However the rooms are not super large and especially the space around the sink is a bit limited. But the loveliness combined with the advanced interior make this a really special place!"

Guests can enjoy diverse culinary experiences at The China Kithen, The Bar, and The Restaurant, each offering classic delicacies with distinct styles. The fully equipped banquet hall and meeting rooms cater to a variety of business conferences and event needs. The unique and charming outdoor venue further establishes it as a landmark location in Taicang.
"Advantages: 1. Nice environment, convenient parking, and very quiet. 2. The room size and layout are reasonable. A standard room has a square table and two chairs, and the slippers are very comfortable. Thumbs up! 3. The Chinese restaurant is delicious, really delicious. I ate lunch here twice. The service was also very good; they reminded me that the portions were quite large and not to order too much. Disadvantages: 1. The breakfast is not great; the variety is limited. 2. All bathroom fixtures are Grohe. The wall-mounted toilet with a rear flush is unnecessary; water tends to splash out when flushing. Be careful with the hot water in the shower; the water pressure on the fourth floor is too low. Ideally, it should be at least 0.3 MPa. 3. The charging ports on the table are oddly placed; there are quite a few, but my charger was difficult to plug in. (See picture below) Overall, it's a good hotel, very cost-effective, comfortable, and quiet."

"The hotel boasts a new Chinese architectural style with a sleek gray and white facade. The lobby is spacious and bright. When checking in, I asked if my family and I could be in the same building. Even though our rooms were already assigned, they immediately helped us switch to rooms together and gave us a free upgrade. The guest relations manager was very accommodating and showed great care. They personally escorted us to our building. The room was large, clean, and tidy, featuring a big bed, a sizable sofa, a desk, and a TV. Pulling back the curtains revealed a direct view of a Suzhou garden, and we could also open the door to step outside. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, a bathtub, and a smart toilet that automatically opened and flushed upon approach. The location is superb. It's only a few hundred meters from Nanyuan, an easy walk away, and about 1 kilometer from Nanyang Plaza. Their afternoon tea cakes were beautifully presented and generously portioned, easily enough for four people. They tasted excellent too! ๐Ÿ‘ Although it's a four-star hotel, the facilities are definitely five-star quality, and the service was also very good. During the Dragon Boat Festival, there was a free zongzi-making activity. They even steamed them for us, and we each got to take five home. It was a very satisfying stay!"

"The hotel's service and dining were absolutely fantastic! There were tons of activities for kids, constantly featuring various ceremonies. However, since my family and I are introverts and prefer quiet, we hardly participated in any of them. My daughter, on the other hand, was completely enchanted by the robot dog in the hotel lobby. We rented one, and she was so upset when it was time to return it, she cried her goodbyes. The lobby manager was very thoughtful and gave my daughter a model robot dog, which has been her favorite ever since. The only downside was the facilities. The air conditioning in the room was too cold; it wouldn't go above 21 degrees Celsius, and even switching it to heating mode didn't help. For a family-friendly hotel, there was no small stool at the bathroom sink, and the sink next to the toilet lacked hand soap and hand towels, which felt a bit inconsiderate. The kids' play area facilities were also a bit too basic, but perhaps everyone was at the snow world."
