(4) During peak dining hours, it felt like the staff were quite overwhelmed, so increasing the number of servers might be helpful.

It's a Michelin-starred chef restaurant, and the dishes are deliciously fresh and sweet, with ingredients handled impeccably – no artificial additives here. The hot spring park is open until midnight, allowing for a good 3-4 hours of soaking. There are many pools, including various herbal ones, with the rose-scented one being particularly fragrant. The quality of the hot springs here is quite high; you can visibly see the mineral concentration. It's much better than the saltwater hot springs I've experienced in Xiamen. The swimming pool is at a comfortable temperature, and the water is incredibly clean and crystal clear. The hygiene is excellent. Highly recommend it, folks!
