The place was quiet and relaxing. All the staffs were so Warm and friendly. We were able to avail Promo discounts on their special relaxing activities like Kawa Bath,Ice bath, himalayan Salt room, steam sauna… Our wellness Butler Rob was so accommodating and even kind. Hi Team, Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise! This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble. From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home. We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest. The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self. Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back. Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

This is my second time at Palm Beach. been here about 4 years ago. The room given to us is different from what we expected. they still offer full board meals but I would rate the buffet as below my expectation although there is a variation. Breakfast was better than dinner. The service was exceptional though. The staff attended to all of our concerns. There were mosquitoes in the hallway leading to the hotel rooms.

Wonderful hotel! The pool and hotel grounds were particularly impressive. There are two restaurants on-site with delicious food, reasonable prices, and excellent service. It's perfect for a standalone vacation.

Was an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you beed. Quiet. Cozy. They turn down service is spectacular and the attention to detail. Great time. Food was amazing and breakfast had so many good options. Would live to stay for longer next time and get more spa packages.

We stayed in Porto Novo Anilao Dive & Leisure Resort for 7 days 6 nights. The rooms are very clean and the food in their restaurant is very good. The F&B staff are friendly and the food is yummy. We did 16 dives with them. Thanks very much to instructor Mervin, JM and their dive team. They are professional, very friendly and make you feel like a VIP. They took us to several beautiful dive sites which I never think Anilao have them. I strongly recommend this resort and I am sure I will come back again. Special thanks to Janet for the Lo Mei, JM for the Mei Hon and Halo Halo. Hope to see you all again very soon.

The place is still on point because it is accessible to malls, churches and even restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was their service. When I enter for the very first time, there are staff who will greet you warmly. It is my second time here but this time with my family. If I can remember correctly, there are 3 or 4 staff at the lobby that day. No one opens the door for us. I have a companion who is a senior citizen. We are 7 in total and carrying out bags. They didn’t offer the trolley if we needed it. But I shrugged it off. We stayed overnight here because we have a relative came from Laguna and we just wanted to checked in. There were no bath towels and the bottled water. I asked very politely for those 2 things. I even told the receptionist they can leave it there at our rooms since have some golfing and bowling to do. But to my surprise when we returned to the hotel, I checked my request was not delivered. I called for the second time and asked for it. Still not yet given. When I checked the time, it was 2300hrs no bath towels and even bottled water. I called again for the third time and the receptionist asked “what is it again Mam that you want?” It’s like all this time you didn’t know what I requested. Then I hung up the phone. I might not come back here again if their service will continue like this and definitely not gonna recommend Solano to my relatives and friends if their service will go on like that.

This was an amazing trip! I haven't had a chance to write a review but here it goes. 1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful. 2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate. 3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol 4. Room - clean and comfortable! 5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines. I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it. In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!

Hotel was nice, little bit neglected in areas, room was spacious and very clean. Hotel looks good only being there is alot of amenities but not all are included in the price, you have to pay extra for the games room, room service is very expensive and food quality isn’t good. The breakfast buffet - it was nice to have a choice but there wasn’t much choice and it was low quality food (considering the price) my family did enjoy it despite this and all the staff were lovely and accommodating

They give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place
