You can punch in the Gaoyiling Scenic Area nearby, and you can go to Feitian Mountain, Mahuangqiu Grand Canyon, and Wayaoping Ancient Village. It is also very convenient to drive to Yuhou Street in the city center in your spare time. Yuhou Street is antique, go to the old street to taste Zhangzhou specialty snacks, and feel the atmosphere of local fireworks. The room was quite spacious and very close to the high-speed rail station, offering views of the trains speeding by. However, the temperature in Chenzhou was rather cold that day, and even with the air conditioning on, the room was extremely chilly; the blankets felt like an icebox. Getting breakfast during the Spring Festival holiday was difficult; the nearest McDonald's was 6-7 kilometers away. Free parking was available, and the customer service staff were very friendly. The only slightly scary part was the short walk to the hotel entrance, which resembled walking through an unfinished building.

Hotel is 3km from the tourist center where you can take a shuttle to the cable car. Drop-off service provided free of charge. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel which cooks nice meals. Mangshan was not easy for me to reach and the park's natural ambience was spoilt by the infrastructure including via ferratas in prominent locations, petting zoos and music played on repeat. One day is enough for this place and I don't think I will return as the national weather forecast was unreliable. I wanted an overcast day and it turned out fine, which is worse for photography. If you are in the area it is probably worth visiting but don't make a special trip from long distance.

Recommended dishes: Chicken hotpot, bighead carp hotpot, fern root rice cakes, dry-pot cauliflower, and various stir-fries are all excellent. 2. The guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, so you'll have to carry large luggage. There's no refrigerator. A microwave is provided for simple food heating. 3. There's a pretty good breakfast place next door that makes ”pig-killing noodles,” or you can turn right at the alley in front of the Liangxin B&B and find a local breakfast shop with good steamed dumplings and rice noodle rolls. 4. The ticket for entering through the West Gate is for two days. Remember, if you want to explore the General's Village scenic area, you must go counter-clockwise… If you don't believe it, you can try going clockwise 🤣 5. Finally, we climbed to the top and went out of the scenic spot at the north gate. It took 3 hours, all the essence sections, saving time and effort. The north gate scenic spot called the online car about 16 yuan and returned to this villa. You can also take a bath and change clothes and eat at the villa at noon. If you have dinner, the price of the farm is normal (not expensive, not cheap, not cost-effective), and you can order your own meals. 酒店位置非常好，就在2號觀景台邊上，從酒店出去橫過馬路就到，是看漁夫撒網最好的地方。老闆人挺好，景區相關問題有問必答，還幫忙代買了優惠門票。第二天早上從2號觀景台進去後，廣播説2號觀景台不撒網，撒網在3號觀景台，要遊客往前走到3號觀景台去看。到3號撒網點後，霧有點大，後面的山基本上看不太清，不過漁夫撒網還是能拍清楚的，八點鐘左右開始下雨，霧也更大了。3號撒網點拍完後，坐景區巴士回到2號觀景台，發現下面也有漁夫在撒網，又下去看了一下，發現2號觀景台霧少很多，青山綠水，拍的效果更好，圖3、圖4、圖5是大概10鐘左右返回2號觀景台時拍的。2號觀景台撒網是專門給坐竹筏的遊客表演的，衹有早上6：00-9：00才有撒網，下午是沒有的。

In the morning you can buy dumplings nearby. The accommodation has only smoking rooms, at least when we checked in all the rooms we could choose smelled dirty. I hoped they openen the windows every day and night to get some fresh air. At the end this is what we did. There were a lot of other guests, but we did not hear them at all. The bathroom is standard and it can use a huge cleaning. Unfortunately there are no proper (throw away) slippers. For us one night was ok because we took the train the next morning.
