I have to give a huge shout-out to Holiday Inn Express! During my stay, I needed to print some documents for work, and the front desk not only printed them for me but also had a robot deliver them to my room. The soundproofing in the room was fantastic too; even though it faced the street, I couldn't hear any noise at all, which is a godsend for a light sleeper like me. This level of service definitely deserves a five-star recommendation!

The room type is OK, the room has no odor, and it is very clean! ! The key is that the front desk lady on night shift is so nice, very nice, and very patient to answer any questions! ! Thumbs up 👍🏻

I have to praise this hotel, the overall experience far exceeded expectations. The lobby environment is comfortable and elegant, and the fragrance is soothing and healing. The rooms are cleaned spotlessly, the corners and bathrooms are cleaned up, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the shading and sound insulation are very good, the night is quiet and not noisy, and the journey is completely relieved. The staff was polite and patient throughout the whole process, responded promptly, and the service was meticulous. The facilities are well maintained and the living comfort is full. It is suitable for business travel or tourist accommodation. It has been collected and the next trip is a priority.

Very impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025. They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout. Great service, highly recommended 👏

Hotel was pretty good. Breakfast was not. Staff didn’t speak English, but managed to get by. Massage place (maybe affiliated with the hotel?) on the 4th floor was also …. special. Great service overall, but skip the breakfast.

Generally speaking, it's pretty good. The aromatherapy in the lobby smells good. When you enter the lobby, the waiter will greet you warmly. There are greetings when you go in and out, which is very good. You feel valued. The hotel has free parking, both open-air and underground. You can take the elevator directly to the hotel lobby. The bedding is very soft. Because I am pregnant, I sleep very comfortably. It is all latex. Later, I asked the waiter if the hotel sells it. The sound insulation effect is also very good. I recommend everyone to book a room with a view. This one has floor-to-ceiling windows facing Wuling Square. The lighting is very good. Before 9:30 in the evening, you can see uncles and aunts dancing in the square opposite. It is also a unique flavor hahaha. Because we wanted to visit Gaoyiling, we specifically chose a hotel inside the scenic area for easy access. To be honest, we booked what was probably the highest room available; it was indeed very spacious, with a lawn terrace and a great view, which the kids loved. However, such a large room would have been more practical as a family suite with two rooms and two beds. The room was furnished with a mahjong table and a large tea table, which felt wasteful. Also, there were no complimentary gifts or upgrades offered with this room booking, making the service feel somewhat inferior to other hotels over the past few days. Furthermore, the restaurant stopped serving food around 7 or 8 pm, even though it's open until 9 pm, which is also a drawback. Fortunately, they included two entrance tickets, but since we were traveling with children, the half-price children's tickets weren't included.

The hotel stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was especially comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to sleep well. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is some 11km from the West railway station. There is a nice local park nearby, good for a morning walk. The counter staff seemed to understand very little English, and have difficulties checking my reservation, which was made under my name in English. Overall, the hotel is a nice one, good size room, comfortable bed, and good value for money.

It is very suitable for family travel. You can soak in hot springs and have some amusement facilities. The children had a lot of fun. We booked a cabin and the children were very excited to live in the cabin. The service is very good, there is a butler to connect, and the butler's service attitude is very good. The breakfast is also good!
