LLongnanshihuyangI highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan. It's very close to the Dujiangyan scenic area and Guanjiang Ancient City. The manager is super helpful and recommended some amazing local restaurants. The hotel itself is great – the rooms are clean, with a nice separate shower and toilet, and most of the toiletries are disposable, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserModern business emphasizes ”replicability” as the best business model, but I believe that sometimes the irreplicable aspects are the most valuable and the core reason why a company or shop can operate for a long time. For example, the unique ”human touch” of the ”Several Mountain Retreats” where we stayed this time. This trip to Qingcheng Mountain was an ”escape” from the hustle and bustle of the city and work. We chose to come to the mountains on a weekday to avoid being disturbed, but we were also worried about being bored or lonely. ”Several Mountain Retreats” dispelled all our concerns, allowing us to truly experience the peaceful and leisurely life in the mountains. Upon arriving at the guesthouse, the two owners, Colin and Xiaoxiao, welcomed and treated us like old friends, with just the right amount of courtesy. They responded promptly to our small needs. The guesthouse has free self-service laundry; on the first night, my boyfriend forgot to take his clothes to the dryer, and when he came downstairs, he found they were already dried. They remembered our details and prepared extra towels and cups for us. In the evenings, sitting in the courtyard enjoying the breeze and rain, they kindly asked if we wanted some fruit. When we couldn't get a taxi back after eating nearby, they even came to pick us up and ”take us home.” And so on. Every day, the owner's handmade steamed buns and coffee were served for brunch. As a steamed bun and coffee lover, I was ecstatic!!! I usually eat steamed buns and coffee for lunch at home every day, and I never thought I could maintain my old habits even in Qingcheng Mountain. This is truly wonderful! The cat ”Little Tiger” greeted us every day and wanted to be petted. The other cat, ”Little Tabby,” was a bit cautious, but I managed to pet him a few days later (hahaha). I'm a seasoned cat lover, so having cats makes me especially happy. And I'll always remember that night listening to the rain in the courtyard with the two cats. The overall decor of the guesthouse was clearly thoughtful, like a secluded paradise (I even saw a blue dragonfly!). The rooms were very clean, with harmonious colors, and fresh flowers, greenery, and bergamot potted plants everywhere. Every time I stepped into a room, I quickly felt relaxed. The layout was very convenient; for example, the light switches were placed very logically, so I didn't have to walk extra distances to turn the lights on or off. Everything was disposable, so hygiene wasn't a concern. They even thoughtfully provided makeup remover wipes. This is the longest review I've ever written—it's all about love and gratitude!! Fully charged back to work now, thanks Colin and Xiaoxiao!!!

FFsooThis homestay is situated in a quiet village not too far from the entrance of Qingchengshan. It's a lovely stroll there, and also to the nearby night market for dinner. The owner is also the cook, the concierge, the housekeeper all rolled into one. He will spend some time explaining how you can go about getting to the places of attractions, and gave good advice. My room has a bay so i could chill drinking tea. There is a tea set and tea leaves are provided too. In a nutshell, i had a comfortable stay. 5 stars!

JJintianbuchiyezijiThe room is spacious, and the location is excellent. You can easily walk to Lidui Park, and from there, it's just a short stroll to the Dujiangyan scenic area. The aunties working at the hotel were also super polite. On a side note, I'd like to recommend a restaurant not far from the hotel; it's delicious, affordable, and offers large portions, and the owner is really nice. There's also a breakfast place nearby, called 'Haoyou Lai Noodle Restaurant,' which is cheap, has generous portions, and the owner is equally friendly.

AAnonymous UserThe bed in the room was quite large and comfortable. The bottled water was from Jing Tian, ​​and you could ask for more if needed. There was a heater in the bathroom. The toilet was foot-operated, so your hands wouldn't get dirty. The cleaning lady was very responsible. We didn't turn on the projector, so I don't know about it. But definitely don't order their barbecue! It's 98 yuan per person, and the seasoning is so fragrant and outstanding, but their barbecue is really bad… the only seasoning is chili powder, which isn't very fragrant. The vegetables are also quite average, and they don't provide drinks. It's quite close to Duigongyuan Station, about a 10-minute walk, and there are convenience stores and restaurants along the way. They have a washing machine and clothes rack, so you can air dry. It would be better if they provided a dryer. Prices are a bit high during peak season, and there are no plastic slippers, so you have to shower barefoot.

CCiyimiaodayunAfter a long search online, I finally settled on Huahai Hotel. The hotel looks exactly like its pictures, no discrepancies at all. It's super convenient to get around, being just a 2-minute walk from Lidui Park Station and about 2 kilometers from Dujiangyan. I loved spending my days sightseeing and coming back to relax in the hot spring at night. It felt amazing! The young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist. The ******* cleaning lady was also very thorough, meticulously disinfecting and scrubbing the bathtub. Her dedication to her work was truly impressive.

GGuest UserFrom Dujiangyan bus station, a taxi costs 7 yuan. No need to drag your luggage around, you don't want to risk damaging the wheels. The hotel is opposite the school. Traffic is bad in the mornings due to road closures, so allow extra time. It's cheap, clean, and there are plenty of food options near the hotel and shops. It's also close to the panda viewing area. A taxi from there costs 20 yuan.

AAnonymous UserLet me tell you about this place. The building itself looked really run-down, with a row of shabby bungalows, and even the front desk area was dilapidated. I wanted to check out on the spot! My child even cried, having never seen anything so dismal before... BUT, and it's a huge but, the interiors of the small bungalows downstairs were incredibly modern, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The curtains, TV, lights, and even the toilet were all smart-controlled. It's located just outside the city gate, not directly on the bustling ancient town street. This meant it was really quiet at night, perfect for a peaceful rest. For the price, the only thing that lets it down is truly the exterior. Highly, highly recommend!
