We had such a lovely stay here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well looked after, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He was always happy to help and really went out of his way to make our trip easier and more enjoyable. He helped us with transportation, gave us rides when needed, and even taught us a few Chinese phrases, which was a fun and memorable part of our experience. We genuinely appreciated the kindness and hospitality we received. It felt very personal and sincere, and we were treated more like friends than guests. We would gladly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area and would be very happy to stay here again in the future. 10/10 – Thank you for everything!

We booked a family room, and it was really spacious with great natural light from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The blackout curtains worked perfectly when we wanted to block out the light. The facilities are all very new, especially the bed and bedding, which were incredibly comfortable. My wife was very pleased.

The room was very tidy; it's a shame I didn't get any photos because my little one immediately ran to the tent ⛺️. There's a buffet breakfast every morning, which I think ends before 10 AM – not very friendly for late risers like me! 🥳 There's also afternoon tea 🫖 every day. (Just a side note: since our child is quite young, we had both lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant every day), and the food was really delicious. There's also a play area for children on the first floor, and you can even get game tokens from the front desk! (Our child was too young, so mom and dad played for him). On the day we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave our baby a mosquito repellent bracelet, which we absolutely loved. All I can say is: we'll meet again soon! (literally: 'Mountains and rivers will meet, we'll see each other again.')

I took my mother for a weekend trip and chose the Xinyue Hotel, which provided an excellent experience throughout – perfect for a relaxing getaway in Mount Qingcheng. The hotel's location is superb. It's just a few minutes' drive to Mount Qingcheng, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for finding food. We checked out Zhang Ciba and Bieyou Dongtian, both within a few minutes' walk. A stroll back to the hotel after dinner was incredibly pleasant. The high-speed train station shuttle service deserves special praise. The driver contacted us proactively in advance to inform us of the pick-up point. We were chauffeured in a comfortable Buick minivan, and the driver kindly helped with our luggage, making the whole journey effortless. There was a slight wait for check-in, but the lobby has a mini cafe. We ordered two sparkling waters to cool down, which made the wait quite enjoyable and relaxing. The potato chips in the room's mini-bar were absolutely delicious! In the evening, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a special pumpkin *laozao* soup, which was warm and comforting, and my mother loved it. We enjoyed a relaxing hot spring bath in the evening, and the hallway consistently offered warm lemon water – the attention to detail is truly impressive. The breakfast on the second day was also very tasty; I had the *zajiangmian*, which was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. Our dedicated butler was responsive and patiently answered all our questions. All the staff were friendly, gentle, and provided meticulous service. Upon check-out, we even received buckwheat tea as a parting gift, adding a lovely touch of ceremony. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, making it an excellent choice for a short leisure trip. You won't be disappointed staying here when visiting Mount Qingcheng. I've already recommended it to my friends.

Our Jiuzhaigou adventure concluded, and we headed to the back of Qingcheng Mountain. I saw this B&B on Ctrip and booked it right away. The owner was very welcoming and added me on WeChat to provide detailed directions and tickets for the back of Qingcheng Mountain. Upon arriving at the B&B, the first thing I saw was the large private hot spring pool. Soaking in the hot springs, gazing at the lush greenery and listening to the chirping of birds and cicadas was truly a relaxing experience. My legs were sore from walking so much in Jiuzhaigou the day before, so the owner thoughtfully gave me some bath salts. The B&B is also very close to Tai'an Ancient Town, just a short stroll away. If you're hiking the back of Qingcheng Mountain, you can contact the owner; the hotel provides a golf shuttle to pick you up.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I’m happy to share my experience! The room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The modern toilet was a standout feature – clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s hot spring facilities, which were incredibly relaxing and offered a wonderful way to unwind after hiking at青城后山. The local home-cooked breakfast was delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the amazing service from the boss. He was incredibly helpful and approachable, going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. After checkout, he even helped us hail and contact Didi driver, which was a huge convenience. One down side was the wrong advice given and wasted our 30mins walk to find cable car back to town had already ended service and we had to find our way down ourselves. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service, comfort, and thoughtful touches.

When we arrived at the high-speed rail station, the owner's wife was already at the entrance waiting to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the hotel's design. The room was even more spacious than we imagined, and all the amenities were brand new. The front desk staff provided top-notch service, enthusiastically recommending attractions and even helping us book a taxi to the scenic spots. The hotel also offered a fantastic breakfast spread. This hotel was definitely the most highly recommended stay of our entire Sichuan trip.

Very warm, friendly, and helpful reception. Room is extremely spacious. Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, we’ve enjoyed the private hot spring (tub). The host also helped us with booking of tickets to Panda Valley. We left our luggage to visit Qingcheng Shan, and when we returned to pick them up before heading to Chengdu, we were gifted oranges and water for the ride. Breakfast is very food - the widest spread of selection amongst the many hotels and guesthouses we have stayed in Sichuan. A good base to explore Qingcheng. Highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied! The environment is great, very clean, with no strange odors, and it feels simple yet luxurious. The bathroom has a rain shower and is designed with a wet/dry separation, and the bedding is comfortable. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind. They picked us up from the high-speed rail station and dropped us off there, helped us plan our itinerary, and even booked a car for us to Qingcheng Mountain. We also ordered a pot of chicken soup at the hotel one evening; it felt very healthy and tasted delicious and fresh. Anyone with good taste won't go wrong choosing this place, and the hotel is also very photogenic!

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.
