GGuest UserNice hostel, fairly central on the island. 10 minutes by scooter from the port. There's a small garden where you can relax and meet other travelers. The girl who greeted me was very kind. The only thing missing might be shelves, as everyone puts their suitcases on the floor and it quickly becomes difficult to move around. I recommend it for spending some time on this beautiful island.

SSuzieWe stayed at the 海景三合院特色民宿 Seashoy BnB during the Qingming Festival holiday weekend. The architecture is stunning. The owners contacted me before we traveled to the island, asking if we wanted help booking the ferry and a scooter. They're very helpful people! Once we arrived, they gave us maps showing tourist places of interest, and which beaches are safe for swimming. They can also give advice about restaurants. The location is great, there's a beach within walking distance and a few restaurants and bars. But if you have a scooter/motorbike then it's easy to get around the island from anywhere. I really liked that there is a building with extra showers, sinks and mirrors- and you can wash your swimsuits and towels without having to trek messy sand into your room after a day at the beach. Even though the room was a little small, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was OK, you should collect it from the reception early or it'll get cold. When we checked out, we were kindly given traditional Liuqiu cookies and cards with artwork. I know that the price was a bit high because of the holiday weekend demand, but it was definitely worth it for a comfortable and relaxing stay on Liuqiu Island.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient - just a 5-10 minute straight walk from the port. It’s also close to many food options. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm, and thanks to the low season, only two beds were occupied, so it was very quiet. The place was very clean, and there’s a cafe downstairs run by the same owner. There’s a very cute cat there too. The toilet was also very clean, but you’ll need to bring your own towel. Alternatively, bath towels can be rented for NT$50.

RRays travellerLocated in an alley on the north side of the island, this seaside guesthouse is most notable for its entrance garden adorned with two large and two small Moai statues. The building is pure white, with parking for motorcycles and a foot shower area at the entrance. Inside, the check-in counter is small, and self-service entry and exit is implemented after 6 PM. On the first floor, there's a sofa area in the lobby, leading to the restaurant. The industrial-style design features wooden tables and chairs, simple yet aesthetically pleasing. The overall design theme clearly reflects the Moai statues. The restaurant includes a restroom and hot/cold water dispensers. There's an adorable little yellow cat in the guesthouse, which the owner says is the guesthouse's cat. I first noticed it napping on top of the water dispenser. At first, I thought it was decoration, but after turning around, I realized it was the cat. There's only one elevator, going up to the fifth floor. From the second floor onwards, each floor has about four rooms. The rooms are small, with the bed right at the entrance. The bed is of medium firmness and provides good support. The TV is quite large and wall-mounted; there's a fourth channel, but I didn't notice if it was a smart TV. Below the TV is a small storage platform and a kettle. I didn't open it specifically because I didn't use it. The other half of the interior space is divided into a sofa area and a bathroom. The toilet, bathroom, and sink are in the same space. The sink area isn't large, but it's just right for one person. The most satisfying part of the room, besides the semi-sea-view balcony, is the hot tub, which is like a spa resort. It's not only spacious but also deep, and the tiled design includes a bath bomb. It's perfect for a relaxing hot bath after snorkeling before bed. The design fits the building's beams and columns, and the spaciousness helps to separate the wet and dry areas, preventing the rest of the bathroom from getting wet while showering. With the roller blinds open, you can even enjoy the sky while soaking in the tub during the day. The worst part is the sofa area. This sofa can be unfolded into a cot. If you have children, you don't need an extra bed, but the handles wear out after prolonged use. When folded up, it slides around, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. You can only unfold it into a cot-like chaise lounge. But unfolding it takes up a lot of space and affects the flow of movement to the balcony. Personally, I think a simple small sofa or a small bar table and chairs against the wall would be better. It's a good spot to put a laptop or have some snacks. It's actually quite practical. The balcony isn't big, but the view is decent. The room is bright and clean overall. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and very quiet at night.

RRomandoMy overall experience staying at the beachfront hotel was relaxing and memorable. The location was its biggest advantage — just a few steps away from the shoreline/port, offering breathtaking ocean views and easy access to morning walks and sunset scenery. JJoyce KaesBig, clean room. We could rent electrical scooters via the hotel. The swimming pool was ideal for kids or to sit in to cool down. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone. The hotel also picked us up from the harbour.

GGuest UserI arrived before the check-in time, so I was able to check in early, which was a blessing. The location is convenient, as it is close to the bus stop and the night market, and you can get to the beach in about 5 minutes on foot. The room was on the third floor and there were only stairs. The bathroom and toilet are completely separated, so the toilet doesn't get wet. The windows are double-glazed, so you don't have to worry about outside noise.

多多兒The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each time we returned to the guesthouse, it truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to its very comfortable environment. Xiao Liuqiu's scorching sun had us almost melting, but stepping back into the guesthouse always brought instant, refreshing coolness! And from the balcony, we could even enjoy a distant sea view – absolutely fantastic!
