The hotel wasn't good value for money. The breakfast was terrible. How could ******* people treat Han Chinese like this? This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had on our trip to Tibet. We hope the hotel will seriously improve and not disappoint its customers. I do not recommend this hotel.

Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink. However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall. Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.
