The owner is incredibly nice; they called us in advance and reserved the room with the best view of Mount Everest, which you can see directly from the room – an absolutely stunning view. The restaurant offers hotpot for 88 yuan per person, and the view there is also fantastic. While the price is a bit high, it's worth it given the location. Highly recommended.

There's hot water for handwashing, though you need to let it run for a bit each time. No shower facilities, unfortunately. You can rent oxygen concentrators or oxygen tanks, which is definitely necessary for anyone experiencing significant altitude sickness. Overall, it's an experience worth trying.

Definitely the best hotel in Nyalam. It's conveniently located right next to the county government building and has a parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby. The rooms are clean, feature floor heating, a bathroom with wet/dry separation, and a standalone sink. However, the design and layout felt a bit impractical. Despite the spacious rooms, there isn't a proper desk or table to put things on. While the bathroom isn't small, the toilet is awkwardly squeezed into a corner, which would be very uncomfortable for taller or larger individuals, as you even have to push the shower's glass door outwards to make room. Additionally, there's no heater in the bathroom, and the hot water wasn't quite hot enough. The sink height is also awkwardly positioned, making it very inconvenient for anyone under 1.6 meters tall. Furthermore, I suggest the hotel improve its parking lot management. While there are plenty of spaces, some inconsiderate drivers, purely for their own convenience, park directly in the driveways, blocking properly parked cars from exiting.
