Facilities: Had absolutely everything we needed. Cleanliness: Spotless and well beyond expectations. Environment: From the outdoor areas to the interior, there was genuinely nothing to fault. Service: Truly made us feel at home. It's rare for me to take the time to write a review, but this guesthouse truly deserves one. I felt it would be a disservice to the owner's dedicated efforts if more travelers didn't get to experience such a wonderful place. The price is very reasonable, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

My friends and I went to Hailuogou, and after checking several guesthouses, we found the pictures didn't match the reality, so we decided to leave! Until we found this one, which my friends and I unanimously praised, so we checked in and even extended our stay for another night! The room was clean and tidy! They even provided disposable bath towels, showing that they take care of their business! The receptionist was incredibly nice and welcoming, showing us around the room. He promptly resolved any problems we had and even recommended fun places nearby – thank you! The courtyard was also very well-maintained and beautiful! We ate there, and the food was fantastic! The swimming pool uses natural hot spring water, and even the bathtub in the room uses hot spring water. Because it's natural underground hot spring water and contains sulfur, the water has a slightly yellowish color (the receptionist explained this to us). I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Parking was excellent, right behind the guesthouse on the right. The landlady immediately helped with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car. The room was very clean and spacious, tastefully decorated, and photogenic. Disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners were provided. Convenient for getting around; it rained heavily last night, and the landlady provided a phone number so we could order food and eat in the lobby on the first floor. You can see Rizhao Jinshan from the hotel which is a surprise! I originally booked the Xingbai Hotel on Niubei Mountain, but in the afternoon the shuttle bus to the scenic area was gone and I changed my reservation to this B&B without informing me in advance. The experience turned out to be great. The breakfast was delicious, and Ram and Ronaldinho at the front desk were very welcoming. The location is also close to the Changhaizi parking lot, but the mountain road to the B&B is quite rugged.

We were really lucky on this trip to Hailuogou! There was a lot of snow on the mountain, and we were extremely satisfied with the hotel we booked. The surrounding environment was very pleasant, the hot spring water temperature was perfect, and our whole family was very happy. Crucially, we also saw the sunrise over the mountains from the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel owner was also very warm and generous; we had yak meat hot pot, which I highly recommend. Plus, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in winter was so relaxing! We could go straight back to our room afterward without worrying about catching a cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the window. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Overall, it was alright, but the downside was the lack of an elevator, which was inconvenient for elderly people going up and down the stairs. The young lady at the front desk helped me carry my suitcase up to the second floor. However, when I left in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, so I had to carry it down myself.

Just booked the room, the hotel service staff called to ask how long it took to arrive to help us reserve a parking space, also help us with our luggage, and also very intimately arranged for us to be quiet. The room is very big, you can park your car at the door, and there are charging stations. The boss and the young man and sister are very nice. My family member has a herniated disc in the lumbar region and they made the bed harder. The breakfast was also very rich. I checked out one night early due to health problems, and the boss readily agreed. The experience was very good. I will choose this hotel again next time.
