The hotel has been newly renovated and is incredibly clean with no musty smell at all. The air conditioning is cold. The reception staff and housekeepers took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The bed was soft and the pillows were clean. Check-in was at 2 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM and the staff were so kind; they let us check in immediately since a room was available. Breakfast was provided, offering fried rice, salad, stir-fried basil, fried eggs, fruit, and orange juice. For those who prefer hot dishes, you can order pho, which was absolutely delicious!

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

My third visit in three months. As always, everyone was kind and courteous. Every time I come, I notice renovations, giving me the impression they're putting a lot of effort into updating their facilities. Even if there were negative reviews in the past, I believe it's highly likely things have improved now. I look forward to seeing everyone again!

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

The hotel room is not really beautiful but functions well. I can have good sleep here, it’s really quiet. Good noise cancellation. Some lights in the room doesn’t work normally and the Internet didn’t work at all. I can’t use the Internet even to do the most simple tasks such as checking Facebook. Moreover, after logging into the Internet here, my 5G seemed to have problems and I couldn’t use InDrive anymore, making booking car to airport the next day difficult. Nearby, there is no really excellent restaurants, but I can use InDrive bike hailing service to come to good restaurants and sightseeings about 1.2-5 km away from the hotel. The price is not expensive, just around 20-35 kips/way. The hotel also allowed me to change my booking date after I requested 3 times. It’s a big help to me and make my trip easier. I stayed at this budget hotel for a few weeks, and it was a great choice for saving money. The villa-style design with its unique woodwork gives it a lot of character. Everything was good, though the location is a bit out of tourist center, so I recommend taking a moto or tuk-tuk to get there. The staff speak only Chinese or Lao, but I managed easily using a translation app to communicate with them in english. The cleaning ladies tidy up the rooms thorough. Free water. Overall, a highly recommended stay for budget-conscious travelers!

The rooms themselves are somewhat clean and fresh. Its quite even though there are 18 beds in the room, there is enough space for the luggage, the lighting is too dark though after the sunset and you will need to use your phone. Downside: the cleanness is awful, the toilet seats are broken, guys piss on the toilet seats and no one controls it of course. Even though it is mentioned in each toilet that there will be fine for that. As well as not to smoke but someone still does.. and maybe it won’t be a big deal if there is at least TOILET PAPER that could be used to wipe that **** but you can barely find it! They said they are short on that, come on.. no towel, no toilet paper are provided, no decent cleanness.. come on, this place has so much potential! The volunteer guys at the reception were quite nice though, especially Brazilian guy very polite and helpful. Thanks!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was simple and clean, and the light wood integrated desk and TV area design was incredibly practical, perfect for working or placing personal items. The lighting was soft and easy on the eyes, complementing the gentle wall panels for a warm yet sophisticated feel. The air conditioning also worked great, and there were even hooks in the corner for clothes, a thoughtful little detail. I especially loved the bathroom. The terrazzo tiles felt luxurious, and it was clean, fresh, and odor-free. The toilet came with neatly arranged towels, and the bathroom fixtures were new and worked perfectly with excellent drainage. The entire space was spotless, clearly indicating top-notch housekeeping. The overall decor was simple and appealing, with comfortable materials and a well-planned layout that felt spacious. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. This will be my first choice for accommodation when traveling. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring Vientiane. Getting around and finding places to eat was a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The owner was very kind and responsive to all our needs. They even offer currency exchange and there's a supermarket, making it excellent value for money. Best of all, the hotel has an elevator, and the supermarket on the first floor sells local beer – it was so relaxing to sit by the entrance and enjoy a drink in the evenings.

The Panda hotel is new and WILL be an excellent hotel when the transition is complete. The location is good the rooms were clean and comfortable. On arrival I was shown a room where the new TV didn’t have a power lead and the curtains didn’t close properly and when I pointed this out the receptionist found me an alternative with functioning curtains but again no tv remote, this wasn’t a problem for me as I had my fire stick to watch the football. The reason that I say this will be an excellent hotel is the staff, they went above and beyond in order to make my stay as comfortable as possible from organising taxis to ordering pizza nothing was too much trouble. The new owners of this hotel really are very lucky to have found such competent friendly staff members whom I would have no problem employing here in the UK having previously managed a four star hotel here in the UK. The staff make the difference and turned what was going to be a cancellation into a very pleasant stay and I will return next year. I recommend you stay here.
