Arrival: We arrived at 1:00 PM, and without waiting, we were given a room with a balcony on the first floor. But it smelled damp. I went to reception and asked to be upgraded to a room with a balcony on the second floor. They upgraded us to a room with a pool view without any problem. They even carried our luggage themselves (the stairs were very steep). The room was very nice. The furniture was all new, the mattresses were soft, the floor tiles were shiny, the safe was in the room, all the plumbing was working, and the balcony had a nice view of the pool.
The breakfast was a buffet, so-so (we stayed four nights). It was the same every day, but everyone could choose their own meal. You definitely won't go hungry!
The location is excellent: both Alona Beach and McDonald's are about 150 meters away. There's an outdoor concert venue across the street, and a fire show every evening at 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. (Tickets are 100 pesos.) There's also a children's playground and a cafe with delicious ice cream.
There are no paid lounge chairs or cafes at Alona Beach; it's just a white sand beach. Hundreds of locals offer excursions, pearl diving, and massages. For excursions, my advice is to walk around and ask everyone about prices; they're very good at haggling, even if the price is advertised.
The hotel has a deep pool, comfortable lounge chairs, towels are provided at reception, and there are even life jackets at the pool. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed without asking.
I highly recommend this hotel; we had no regrets. Thanks to all the staff.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located about 15 minutes from Alona Beach, so the karaoke isn't too loud, but there are a couple of dogs on the premises who bark at night. There's a decent restaurant nearby called Mist, which serves beautiful food, and not far away is Vanilla Sky, an Italian restaurant that makes delicious pizza. The airport is nearby; Grab delivers for about 130 pesos. Breakfast is available at the hotel. Orders must be made before 5:00 a.m., and they have to be made daily. There's a shared kitchen with a stove and utensils where you can cook. Complimentary hot water and instant coffee are available near reception. There's a swimming pool, but they didn't bother to clear it of leaves, even when I mentioned it. The room has a window air conditioner built into the wall. The plumbing is on its last legs, but it works. The bathroom door doesn't close. When I turn on the shower, there's a brief smell of sewage. Strange noises, like someone knocking, periodically came from the window. We couldn't figure out what was making them. The kettle in the room didn't work, with a rusty heating element—they replaced it without question. We stayed in room 1, and next to us was a door to some utility room. One day during the day, there was a lot of noise, like construction work. Stay further away!

MMaria PlsVery good for that price for those who is not looking for a much comfort. Room was too dark for us with lack of day light. Light switches were dirty - this is simply to avoid by the hotel and experience will be better. Clean bed, towels and a fridge as a plus. Very tasty dishes in their restaurant on a good price, we really liked it (grilled shrimps and a fish) compared to other we tried. The reception is very polite and attentive. The nearest way to the beach is 10 minutes but at the end there is a resort which will charge 100 p entry per person to a beach, as a plus you can use their wc and change rooms and showers. From this beach you can go to any part of the beach line and enjoy.

WWeihaiqingpingguoThis hotel really has nothing to do with VILLA. It is just a very ordinary B&B. There is no road leading to the hotel. You have to walk on the beach to get in and out of the hotel, so they provide pick-up and drop-off. There are attendants who come to the parking lot to pick up and drop off, otherwise it will be difficult for you to find it. As if we didn't ask them to pick us up, the taxi driver dropped us off at the end of the road and told us that we would be there just across the beach (about 300 meters away). We were immediately confused. This is a VILLA with high scores on the Internet. I blame myself for not reading the online review from beginning to end. Of course, the hotel also has advantages. There is a beach in front of the hotel, it is clean, and the waiters are friendly. Apart from these, there are no other advantages. You must go to the sea in Bohol Island. It is no fun to stay on the beach without going to the sea. Moreover, there are aquatic plants on the beach, which is far different from Long Beach. I probably won’t go to the Philippines in the future, because it’s really a slum as soon as you leave the hotel, the contrast is too big.

EElizaveta VThe hotel is located in an isolated place, so it is very convenient to rent a bike or a tricycle to get to the town or to the nearest restaurant. There is a small private beach, but there are a lot of plants and a lot of boats. I loved the service - you can call the massage or manicure master, grab a drink at the beach bar, lie down near the beach and enjoy the service. They also provided me a bike rent with delivery. The room is in zebra style - very nice and comfy. The only thing I disliked - the room is very small, it is basically tiny, though it had a terrace which a view of the hotel stairs which I found useless.

SSweetieConsExcellent location just 10 mins away from airport. Quiet and spacious villa with own kitchen and stuff so guest are able to cook and they also served free breakfast. The place has a clean pool perfect for unwinding. We had fresh coconut daily from the backyard. Friendly staff and excellent service. Is not hotel so don't expect 24hrs frondesk service but you can arrange any transportation request schedule and other stuff. Close to alona beach, restaurants and fast food.
Feedback is please put more choices on free breakfast especially for longer stay. But overall excellent even owners are friendly.oh and their coffee is yummy.

CChristian Rinz PerochoThe staffs were very nice but there were no complimentaries to the room. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The place was very expensive but there was no TV. The shower heater was not quite working. The slippers were very cheap looking. I hoped that the breakfast had options like a buffet. I expected so much from this place because of its price. Good thing the people were very nice.

GGuest UserOur family trip was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.

Cons:
-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
