The only downside of the family room was having just one bathroom, which made getting ready for four people quite a long process. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and affected my sleep quality to some extent. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and you can walk to attractions in the city center. Plus, there's a bus stop about 200 meters from the hotel with a direct bus to Perth University.

ffatfingersClean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Guest UserPerth Two-Bedroom Executive Suite | Spacious & Comfortable, Excellent View, Thoughtful Service
My stay in the two-bedroom executive suite in Perth city center was extremely satisfying overall!
Spacious Rooms: The suite was very large, featuring a master suite, a separate bedroom, and a guest toilet, offering excellent privacy. The living room connected to a large balcony, overlooking Perth waterfront, providing an excellent view.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: The full kitchen came with an induction cooktop (heats up incredibly fast) and an oven (very useful). The kitchenware and bathroom were both very clean. The only minor drawback was a bit of rust on the dishwasher, but it didn't affect its use.
Parking and Transportation: The hotel parking is $35 per day with unlimited in-and-out access, which is very convenient. Do note that there aren't many drop-off spots at the entrance, so you might have to wait a bit during peak hours. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Mint and the pier.
Thoughtful Service: During our stay, there was a long-distance running event that caused road closures. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing us to return the parking key after the event concluded, which saved us a lot of hassle.
Conclusion: This is an apartment that excels in space, view, amenities, and service. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it!

Guest UserVery close to Perth Airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our departure time. The hotel's central island features a slide panel, allowing for flexible configurations. Both the service and food at the hotel restaurant were great.

yuu._.seaI arrived after 10 PM and completely overlooked the fact that I needed to inform the hotel in advance. I was worried I wouldn't be able to check in, but thankfully, after calling the hotel, I successfully received my room key. **⚠️A word of caution for those arriving after 10 PM⚠️**
When I tried to walk to the hotel from the nearby bus stop shown on Google Maps, I unexpectedly encountered the famous stairs! If you're considering staying here, definitely check them out beforehand. They're quite a workout! 😂
However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay!

The room is a bit old, but the location is truly central, with Dior, LV, and Chanel right downstairs. The bedding is quite clean, and the room size is decent, with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen, making it very suitable for tourists. It's also budget-friendly and offers great value for money. Across the road, there's a Coles supermarket, plenty of eateries nearby, and a 7-Eleven. Northbridge is also very close.
The only downside is that the city center gets quite noisy at night, with drunken people on the bar street. For safety, it's best not to go out at night.
An Uber to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

FeifeiandaiwangThe hotel is a 15-minute walk from Perth Station. They require a A$200 credit card deposit. The room was spacious and had a microwave. However, milk was only provided on the first day and not replenished daily. The towels looked quite old, more a grayish color than white. Soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear conversations from the next room. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Barrack Street Jetty. There's also a free bus near the hotel that goes to Perth Station. Be aware that there are quite a few homeless people in the vicinity.

I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience.
Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel.
Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi.
Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!

Guest UserIbis Perth is centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Lifts are operated with room access card. In the night, entering to hotel is also via room access card. Hotel provides shampoo and body bath, shower cap, coffee and tea sachets, hand and bath towel. Would need to bring along face towel, tooth brush and tooth paste in future visit.
Walking distance to Perth underground station, and a stone throw away from luxury brands such as LV, Tiffany and Gucci outlets.

mmfoodntravelThe Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth earns high marks for its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to the Perth CBD, the Swan River, and major attractions like Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park. Public transport is just steps away, and the airport is a short drive, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers.
Beyond convenience, the staff truly make the difference. From check-in to departure, every team member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to offer local dining recommendations and ensure a smooth stay. It’s rare to find such consistent, sincere service.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for the price point. While not overly luxurious, they provide everything needed for a restful night. Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site dining add further value.
In short, if you want a centrally located hotel with a personal touch, the Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth is an excellent choice. The combination of prime location and exceptional staff makes it stand out from larger chain hotels. Highly recommended for a hassle‑free, welcoming stay in Perth.
