"I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for four nights in mid-June. It was spacious enough for a couple with two teenage boys. The kitchenware was very clean, and toiletries were plentiful, though slippers were not provided, so remember to bring your own. The front desk staff were on duty 24/7, very friendly, and patiently provided information. The location is super convenient. There's a bus stop right downstairs. Cross the road to catch buses to Kings Park, the Hay Street shopping area, and the museum. There are many buses, and these areas are within the free bus zone, so you don't even need to tap your card to board. About 100 meters down the road, there's a 24-hour supermarket, and a bit further, an IGA supermarket that's open until 9 PM, with a wide variety of goods. Langley Park is just a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended."

"A great hotel - we had a massive room with 2 bedrooms (double bed and a single), fridge and lots of space. It was in a really central location.  We were given lots of tea, coffee and water and a complimentary drink in the pub downstairs. We also had dinner there and it was delicious.  The checking in process was smooth, friendly and professional - they kept our bags till checkin and checkout was easy too. Would definitely stay again.  There was a little noise from the bar below but didn’t disturb us and earplugs are provided."

"This was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night. Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home."

"Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. "I was staying for 4 nights. The room was clean and tidy. Near with the city, Swan River and Perth Mint and bus stop. I got beautiful views from my room. Just 5 minutes walk go to Indonesian restaurant. The members staff are friendly and helpful but if you need water you should asked them."

"Considering the price, it was a decent stay. It's also quite rare to find twin beds overseas, so that was a plus. The cleanliness was just average, and while having a bathtub was nice, it was too wide and awkward for a Japanese person to use. Regarding housekeeping, I did notice that the sheets weren't changed daily. Also, my friend got some kind of insect bite, so I suspect there might have been dust mites in the bed itself. So, if you're sensitive to that, it might be a good idea to check the bed first. The building definitely felt old."

"We arrived quite late, but the front desk seemed to be 24-hour. The hotel is located in a Chinese-populated area, so there are plenty of Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. We even saw an airline crew checking in when we arrived. Australian hotels usually don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and this one didn't even have shower gel, only soap. However, the price was very good, and the room was quite spacious."

"We stayed here for a family trip. It was incredibly convenient with a park, supermarket, and bus stop all nearby. There were also a laundromat and restaurants close by. I honestly didn't expect much from the breakfast, thinking it would be just a basic complimentary offering, but I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety and how delicious it all was. All the staff members were very kind and friendly. They were especially patient and helpful with my beginner English, which I really appreciated. Another bonus was being able to check in early at 9 AM for an additional $65."

"The gym has almost all the basic equipment, but unfortunately, the heated swimming pool was out of order. The location is excellent; parking is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the car rental in the city center."

"Extremely clean room with a beautiful view of the City. need to walk around 10 mins to take the free CAT red bus that goes to perth station. There is also a convenience store that opens till 9 or 10 pm opposite the hotel."
