Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice

ample parking spaces; you can park in front of your unit. there is also a bus stop within walking distance on both sides of the road to access the motel. i believe the rooms were recently renovated so everything was in good condition. there are some eateries within walking distance nearby and also a petrol station nearby too. a short bus ride (2 stops) will take you to woolworths for your groceries needs. overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a bread maker and a great environment. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The WiFi was stable, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

An old hotel worth experiencing. There are many foods around. Italian street, very close to the port, the coast is beautiful. The historical precipitation of the room beauty + delicious tea bag coffee. On the top floor there is an open-air local favorite restaurant + bar that can see all sides of the city from a distance. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. There's parking available, which is a big plus for a city hotel, even if it's a bit tight. The room was just okay, a little less impressive than what you'd find in a typical budget hotel in China, mainly because some of the furnishings felt a bit dated. It seemed like there was no free WiFi, so I had to use my mobile data. When I first entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, and the window only opened a crack. However, the air conditioning's heating worked well and warmed up the room quickly. Overall, the value for money is still pretty decent.

The location is great, making it easy to get around East Perth and close to the Swan River. The room is spacious enough and comes with a basic kitchenette, including a fridge and microwave. There's also free parking for those driving, and the value for money is decent. However, the soundproofing is definitely weak. You can clearly hear people in the hallway, noise from the next room, and traffic from the street. Light sleepers should seriously consider this. I later found out many guests complain about the noise; perhaps it's a common issue in many Perth hotels? The facilities are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine for a short stay or a quick stopover.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I arrived in Perth beyond the normal check in time, but getting the key at night was easy as i have informed my late check in, in advance. The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. lron, washer dryer provided. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store. Highly recommended place to stay and value for money. However, the one single bed in apartment 21 was not that comfy. Other than that, the stay was great.

The hotel is a bit pricey for what it is, but i guess its Australian prices. Close to the airport, room seemed clean, but bathroom had a little wiff about it. Wouldn't stay again unless im out of options close to the airport

The hotel is in a good location, surrounding attractions, convenient commercial shopping, free parking, small room is enough, there is no air conditioning in the room, the room has a small window: open to absorb fresh air is very good, the public toilet and shower room are very convenient, the front desk is on the first floor bar,  You can also  By the way, drink 🍻 or drink coffee ☕️ Sleep at night ＂ Remember to lock the door!
