AAvocadogirlOhh i really love everything about this hotel!!! Its very instagrammable and tiktok worthy! My boyfriend really likes it tooo !!! He keeps on complimenting me for choosing the hotel and the room! The location is 10/10. Its walkable to almost every hotspots!! Very easy to get uber/didi too! We was there for 4nights then went to fremantle after that we supposed to checked in to other hotel, but we cancelled it and went to HYDE again instead! Love love love 💕🎀

RRhiannon SampsonM husband and I stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary and have had the best time! We got a bottle of sparkling wine once we had settled into our room. The bed is very comfortable, we love the slippers and the room service came quicker than we expected and was delicious with a generous serving. The buffet breakfast was included in the deal we got and was incredible! A highlight for me was the fresh fruit/ veggie juice we could make for ourselves!! The pastries were delectable and the fresh baked sourdough was still warm!! 😍
We will be staying here again and longer next time!!!

WWohaizhishigebaobaoneThis is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

GGuest UserWe were most disappointed that we could not fulfil our booking with Vibe due to the Middle East conflict and also due to our Travel Company cancelling our trip through no choice of our own. The decision was taken out of our hands by the World Travel Safety Restrictions. We tried on many occasions to explain this to Vibe but they showed no concern what so ever in our predicament to refund our booking costs. We did ask for a credit as we fully intend to do this trip when travel restrictions are lifted , again refused!
We understand that the booking was made with no refund option but we had no intention of cancelling our booking and we’re only informed by our Tour Company 3 days before travel. it had been at all possible to fulfil our booking we would have certainly have done so as we were so looking forward to visiting family. As I have said, the cancelling was not of our decision but due to our flights etc being cancelled by the tour company as being UNSAFE TO TRAVEL.
All our other hotels etc rn route showed total understanding in our predicament which was caused through no fault of our own and we were fully refunded by them.
Very poor treatment from Vibe showing no concern for the safety of travellers finding themselves in such a situation through no fault of their own.

GGuest UserThe biggest plus was the airport shuttle service. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was included, which was simple but good value. The front desk offers 24-hour service. When I booked, it said Chinese-speaking staff were available, but I didn't see anyone of Chinese descent during my two check-ins and check-outs, so it seems I didn't get to experience the Chinese service. It might be best to contact the hotel in advance if you require Chinese-speaking assistance.

It was actually my birthday and our wedding anniversary get away. The staff was really friendly and professional. We have received a complimentary champagne in our room on arrival which was very lovely.
The customer service was great and cleanliness of the room was high quality.
We definitely recommend staying at Crown Promenade and will certainly be back in the future 🙏

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable.
Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient.
But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

AAnonymous Userstaff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.
